I “over-did” exercising and thought I damaged something. I rested the next day, tried to workout again but my knees hurt too much. I then put these on and was able to workout without pain, better stability and perfect compression. I will keep using these on every workout from now on.

As instructed, we measured 4" above the kneecap to determine the correct size knee brace and ordered size Large. We received the size Large knee braces and they were too tight for Mom so I returned the Large ones and ordered XL. The XL knee braces are PERFECT! She is very pleased with them. They really help with the pain of arthritis in her knees. They provide support but are not too tight and very comfortable for her. She is 86 years old and we don't want anything to constrict blood flow in her legs so these are perfect. And I will also add that these are so much more reasonably priced and better quality than any of the knee braces we've been able to find locally. Well worth the price and Amazon's return process is a breeze so we were able to get the correct sized items in a couple days with our Amazon Prime shipping. I just ordered and received another set to keep in stock in case we need them. Thank you Berter for an excellent product!

Update: I originally ordered a Large sized knee brace, but it was too loose and did not compress so I returned it. That same week, I was contacted by Frank from the BERTER customer service team. He was very friendly and offered to send me the medium sized knee brace to try. I am happy to report that the medium fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier! The fabric breathes really well so this brace is great for working out. I have used it for circuit training and pilates, and it's flexible enough to allow me move but still gives me the support I need. A+ customer service and responsiveness. After getting the proper fit, I must admit I'm really happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a comfortable compression sleeve you can be active in.Original review:I followed the instructions and measured the circumference of my leg 4" above my knee to be exactly 20". I ordered the Large based on the size chart, but the knee sleeve was huge and way too loose. It feels more like a leg warmer than a compression sleeve. Definitely a big disappointment! I didn't like this product enough to exchange it for a Medium size. I simply returned it and have ordered a second McDavid knee brace which I know I like. It might work for other people but not for me.

I’m currently dealing with sciatica which goes down my right leg. I purchased these in hopes of having something to put pressure on the nerve on my knee area. These work fine but after wearing them all day i had these imprints of the rubber on the knee braces on my thigh.

I have purchased these perfect knee compression sleeves for 5 years! I've reorder then at least 7 times, different colors. They are perfect for my knees. But the last time I reordered a medium and they were too large for my knees. I'm assuming that your sizing has changed. I need to know how do I order a small. I've looked everywhere and the sizing does not include a small. Terrific product and I'd like to buy more.

I was skeptical about trying this knee sleeve. I have had others before and they were tight to start with but then would start slipping as I walked which is very irritating. But I needed one badly and after going through the reviews I decided to try this. I love it. First of all it was the right size. I measured exactly the way they said and it fit very well, not too tight, not loose. It has an hour glass shape, narrow at the knee and wider at both ends which I think really makes the fit accurate. I've worn this for 2 weeks straight, morning to night and it hasn't slipped once. At the end of the day I do feel like taking it out but not to the point that it's so uncomfortable that I'm dying to remove it. I'm really happy I bought this pair. It has given me the support I needed and has felt very comfortable too.

Put the right knee brace on at 3:30pm. It's 5:46pm and I can bend my knee without feeling a lot of pain from fluid build up going up and down my stairs . Getting into bed by planting my right knee first on the mattress was a might painful so I looked into buying a brace. Maybe I just don't know how to crawl into bed, but no matter how i did, I Peter Griffened all the while. At first it seemed a wee bit tight and uncomfortable but after having it on for a couple of hours, I am super comfy. It molds to your leg pretty well and does not bind on the thigh like it did when I first put it on. Will let y'all know in a few weeks if it holds its shape and still feels 2L2Q!

These are made well and give the support that I was looking for. The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because they run small (I used their chart and measured 15.5") . I was on the low end of a medium so figured I would be ok ordering a medicum....by the end of the day the silicone on the top that holds the brace up starts to cut into my leg. Was hoping to wear them all day but that will not be possible. Still a good quality item.

Made little tight ,,, order a bigger size

It was a great support during cold weather when I went outside but was too warm to wear in the house. I like them anyways as they worked. My knees felt better after working outside.

It deserves a 5 but I can't say "I love it". It's extremely well-made but I found it to be too long. I.e. it fits the knee well but the top and bottom are just too tight for my calfs and thighs and left big circles around them. It's not the manufacturer's fault coz we're all different. I might try cutting them back a bit top and bottom and hemming them on my sewing machine.
