My cupboard never goes without coconut milk

DELICIOUS! I used one can to make strawberry sago, and 2 more cans were used to make sweet potato chicken coconut curry. It was so delicious and creamy. Will forever be buying this brand, and will buy again after I decide what to do with the last can! Photo below is the coconut curry 😛

This is not coconut milk. When separated from its oil, what remains is a tough rubbery substance, like plastic. The oil itself has no coconut aroma nor does it taste like coconut oil. Fraud!

Real coconutty

For the price I paid, this coconut milk is okay... Not so good, not so bad. It's not very high in fat, not very strong in flavor, but it's smooth, and is okay in coffee or a drink. It doesn't hold up as well in a curry, where it thins out and becomes translucent, with little coconut flavor. Though I'm not really complaining, as I paid less than half the price of some other brands that are horrible.

Be still my curry loving heart! This case of coconut milk makes my curries and coconut dessert dreams come true! We use a lot of coconut milk due to dairy allergies and the cost per can is unmatched on this case. It comes stacked nicely so I just put the box straight in the pantry and will grab a can when needed. Will purchase again

Worse then the amazon generic

There are some things that are just “more affordable” on Amazon than the local supermarket. This is one. I buy this exact brand because I haven’t had a bake fail using this brand (yet). Texture, consistency and quality of my baked goods come out tasty everytime!!
