Inadequate instructions
The fan is nice so far but the instructions are for a different fan and obviously translated (incorrectly) from a different language and the pictures are incorrect or this fan so trying to figure out assembly, including wiring remote. So far fan up but no light. Hopefully I will be able to find someone with a little more electrical experience who can help me figure it out.

You get what you pay for
First thing that spring out was the quality of the material. The fan blades are literally made of model wood nothing sturdy. Use loctite when screwing in the blades over torquing will snap the blade at the base. The light fixture is cheap plastic and was a pain to get it to form and not looked warped. You need to buy small lights anything longer than 3 inches wont fit.The only thing I did like is the wireless remote antenna. But there isnt enough space to install the fan after your wire it so. Build the fan first then hang it on its anchor then slip the remote antenna and then connect hot and neutral lines plenty of room to slip the antenna after you mount the fan. The instructions and video are practically useless. Did it my way and worked out

A little tough to find proper sized lightbulbs to fit
The fan came in damaged, presumably from shipping. It seems like it got crushed somewhere along the line. My husband wanted me to return it but I persuaded him to try to bend it back into place and he was able to do it in just a few minutes. The fan is gorgeous and adds a little bit more detail to my living room. I looks different than any other fan I’ve bought and I really like the drum shade. It’s very nice and not too feminine so works for pretty much anyone. I have a contemporary decorating style and it works great with my other decor. The more and more I looked at it, the more I liked it, so I ended up buying another one for my entry room area, then I bought another one for my bedroom. I bought one to start with to see if I liked it and I think I’m about to buy a fourth one! My only complaint is you have to buy a small bulb for it, I bought a smaller teardrop style bulbs that you would put in a small lamp and I had to slowly bend it into place to get it to screw in. That is my only complaint. Other than that, it’s gorgeous but not too fancy like I wanted. Btw, I suggest you do not buy the LED teardrop bulbs because these are longer and you will have a very hard time fitting them in comfortably. My husband bought the round shape ones and those ones look odd because they sit up too high. So, I ended up just sticking with the regular teardrop style bulbs and those are the best fit so far.

Nice fan for the price.
Easy to assemble. Cheaply made but you get what you get for the price. It does the job for what I needed for our decor without breaking the bank. It’s tricky tucking away the remote receiver box up in the holder to the ceiling but it works. Don’t give up! Video helps for putting the fan itself together but had to find another video on the electrical wiring. Was easy after that to install.
