excellent product, but Amazon put their label/code over the directions! there was lots of empty space to put the label.

This seems a completely adequate waterbed conditioner at a reasonable price. I can't say what my experience would be without the conditioner, but with it I sleep soundly. Credit the conditioner or the water bed as you see fit.

Updated Dec. 3 2013: It's gotten harder and harder to get waterbed supplies locally, so I am very grateful that Amazon carries RPS and other supplies. As anyone with a waterbed could tell you, over time you get bubbles of air/gas that contribute to a annoying sloshing, especially with a full motion waterbed like I have. Waterbed conditioner reduces that buildup. But that's not all a good product does. It helps maintain the plastic of the waterbed mattress so it does not become stiff and prone to leaks.My mattress is still supple and soft so I think the plasticizers and vinyl preservative may be doing their job. Since I began using the RPS waterbed conditioner air in the mattress has been greatly reduced. I need to "burp" my bed much less often now. As it's one of my least favorite chores that's a blessing! For making my life a little nicer RPS gets 5 stars! Hope this helps someone.

I've had my waterbed since 1984, and my first mattress was still undamaged after 25 years of using this brand and Blue Magic conditioners. I'm on my second mattress now (first one just was getting "old"), and I've used RPS conditioner exclusively in it. I like the RPS brand for reducing bubbles more effectively than Blue Magic. I find myself burping the mattress less often and have fewer bubbles between burps. Both are great at conditioning the mattresses, but RPS seems to be better at bubble suppression... and is also CHEAPER. Thanks for providing a great product at a great price. No retail store within 120 miles of me carries ANY waterbed products anymore... I'm glad I can always find what I need on Amazon!

Great product for a waterbed. Easy to use. Shipment was sent in a big box with no packing. Arrived with the lid off due to being thrown around in the box during shipment. Luckily the foil seal held up and did not leak.. Amazon packing lately has not been well. Will buy this product again when needed.

Bought it at a discounted price, wish I could get more at that price. My waterbed is over 20yrs old. If you are religious about using your additive and not puncturing the mattress, you too will enjoy your bed for many years. Update: Ordered once again at a great price and was only able to add one in my cart per order, so I made 2 separate orders. One has shipped and came all the way from the U.S. and in Toronto it got mangled somewhere while in Canada post's possession. I had to use elevated support to get them to create a gift card for the total of the replacement as this product's price varies ridiculously and was no longer the price I bought it for. I had to explain that as a customer, it is not my fault and is still the responsibility of Amazon to ship the item without incurring added cost to the customer. (They messed up, they need to resolve it) Period! As for my queen size bed, It was bought in May 1996 and is still supple and has never had a leak in it. Almost 29 years later. Best $350 I ever spent! Thank you Waterbeds Unlimited, Halcyon, Blue Magic and 1WC for keeping me a float.

Way cheaper than most and even having to wait a bit longer for delivery is worth it.
