Can you print on this paper? I'd like to use it sort of like custom tissue paper.

vellum can be printed on but requires a specific printer for it. you’re probably better off buying it as a roll since most print shops now print onto vellum that way. if you bring them the roll they can print onto it for you. call the print shops in your area to ask but anyone who does architectural or blueprint printing can help.
