You can get this chain from Home Depot for exactly DOUBLE the price, so save yourself a few bucks, and get this chain. If you have leftover length, you're still coming out ahead. The finish seems to be durable (as durable as what you'd buy at the store) and the strength of the chain is suitable for light fixture hanging, as you would expect. Great deal for the money!

Good value in a lightweight chain.
This is a nice looking chain, decorative, and strong enough to hold a hanging plant. I wouldn't overload it... we hung a grow light with it and it seems fine, although the one link nearest the light pulled apart a couple of millimeters with the weight. But so far so good. We hope to continue to have basil, lemongrass, etc., throughout the winter with this setup...

Great look. Perfect Use as a Rain Chain.
This is great looking and fairly light weight. I’m using the entire roll as a rain chain on one of my front gutters. It’s working so we’ll that I plan on installing a second here soon so I will be ordering another roll.
