LAKESIDE KOMBUCHA Premium Organic Kombucha SCOBY (1 Gallon First Batch)

Beautifully packaged - arrived fresh and ready to go. My SCOBY has been growing strong and bubbly in the 3 weeks since I've had it. I've babied it along and we've alrady enjoyed our first few glasses of kombucha. I'm eager to see it grow thicker and to produce more SCOBYs and am waiting patiently. We'll try making our kombucha as a continuous batch. Very pleased with this outstanding seller who takes pride in their product and who spends the time to teach customers how to be successful. Wow! This is a very strong culture! In just one week I have baby scoby! The scoby is really thick! It really is the real deal! The kombacha arrived well packaged. The culture takes off. I can't find anything negative about this kombacha culture!

I'm new to the whole world of brewing kombucha. Since I dont know anyone with a scoby in the first place I decided give it a shot to ordered from lakeside because they are organic. My SCOBY arrived healthy and took off instantly! I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Tried a couple of others before this brand, the difference was night night and day. When other cultures took 3 weeks to barely create a baby SCOBY at the Colorado temperatures, this one made a large strong SCOBY in 2 weeks, enough to start a second gallon container. I still have the SCOBYs from the other companies and they have barely made any progress since I purchased them.

Came as shown in the picture. The SCOBY is about an inch thick and about 3" x 3".

I've used this to grow several other SCOBY's. Very healthy and active shroom. It's done very well.
