Sweet Kids Little Girls' Sleeveless Rolled Flower Waistband Flower Girl Dress

I ordered this dress last minute for my daughter's First Communion since we couldn't find a coordinating shrug for the original dress that she was going to wear (a flower girl dress from 6 months ago). I was so happy when it came in because it really is a great dress for the price. It is elegant and timeless plus it has a fabric skirt, not tulle. The fabric isn't silk and the zipper isn't invisible, but it still looks great. I took the advice of other reviews and ordered a size up and it fits beautifully. There is a lining beneath the underskirt so it's not itchy while giving it a little volume and the hem hits at mid calf. If you want an elegant, classic but inexpensive dress for a special occasion that doesn't look cheap and gaudy then this is your dress. I am so happy with this dress plus it was Amazon free shipping and returns.

I purchased it as a flower girl dress for my daughter. She's a skinny 8 year old that 80% fits into a size 6 dress. If I could have ordered a size 7, I would have but it wasn't an option, so I crossed my fingers and ordered a size 8 and hoped she wouldn't drown in it. The dress shipped very fast and when I tried it on her it fit almost perfectly, it's a little spacious around her chest, but not enough to have it taken in + the wedding is still several months away and it leaves room to grow. I'm saying it fits somewhat small due to the fact that my girl is "a beanpole" and it still fits her well, so if your girl normally wears a size 8 in dress, you might want to consider going a size up. Otherwise, the dress looks picture perfect - I ordered the silvery gray color - both the future bride and the flower girl is absolutely thrilled. Great service and great product for the money. Two thumbs way up!

Absolutely beautiful! I ordered a size 16 for an event for my eleven year old who is tall and lean, and there are absolutely zero appropriate dresses in that size in any store, from Neiman's and Nordstrom to Macy's and Dillards. Buyers and designers seem to think all girls want to dress like strippers. This dress is lovely and flattering, classic and sophisticated, and hits just below the knee. The crinoline is subtle, so it's not overly girly. The taffeta is a bit thin, but the stitching is decent and the fit was perfect. She had complements all night long! Can't beat the price, either.

I got this in white for my daughters 1st communion. It is beautiful and great quality. I would get this in other colors for other occasions should I need it. Highly recommend it. And the tie around the waist makes it fit perfect.

When I first opened the package, I was like "eh, this material isn't great - looks a little cheap" - and I was actually not even going to have my daughter try it on (she needed a flower girl dress, I had ordered several). But SHE liked it so I put it on her and OMG - it's beautiful! It's one of those "you have to try on to appreciate" as the fabric is that shiny material that can look cheap, but it really doesn't once it's on. This dress ended up being the winner for what she'll be wearing. And my daughter is small (20th percentile at 2.5 years old) and a size 2 fit perfectly. The color in person seems a tiny bit darker pink than the pale pink of the image, but it works just fine for us.

Love that the rosettes are stitched on and not clipped on with a pin. They pinned ones always break lose and I always fear my child being poked l. True to size as well - Fabric could have been softer - less scrunchy noise ...

I don't like to read looong stories when I read reviews. I want to know the good and the bad. The good: The dress is perfectly made. The color I ordered was just as shown in the website (champagne). think it is taffeta the bad: The fabric is very very cheap. When you see it from a distance you think it is real taffeta but when you come closer or touch it, it is the same as the cheap fabrics used in the inner layers of the dresses. the flowers are lined in the middle and there are empty spaces to the right and the left front. The dress suites slim girls better. suggestions: If you don't care about the dress fabric I would say go one size up since I feel the top part runs small and tight the dress bow on the back to hide the empty sides of the flowers and get the same look as shown in the web site.

This dress is absolutely beautiful and fit my 9yr old daughter perfectly. I ordered a size 10 and a size 10 is what I received. The color is exactly as shown in the picture. My daughter is rather tall for her age and the dress fell right below her knees. If your child is shorter than average you may need to shorten the dress a little.
