This protein has been perfect for everything from protein shakes to smoothies to making muffins and pancakes. Mixes well, bakes well, tastes great but is mild enough not to overpower a recipe. I’ve been buying this for a long time now. It provides 20g of protein in a small scoop. It will last you about a month before you buy a new one. The flavor is water down but not a problem when you have this good of a ingredients.

So sweet, and it’s that gross artificial sweet taste due to the Stevia. Will not purchase again. Used a frother to prevent clumping in my hot coffee.
