Helps with allergies and histamine. Does not have a long lasting effect.... You honestly have to keep taking it as long as you want the histamine help. Maybe some people could have luck with colonizing, or maybe if you take it for a very long time... But it's rather expensive to take forever consistently. Still. It does what I want it to. I can't be mad that it's a treatment, not a cure.

My daughter used these probiotics for a long time to help with IBS symptoms. They did provide some relief. I feel like they are a good quality product at a decent price point. I do recommend them!

Probiotics are often a waste of your money and time, depending on which probiotics are in the formula. The bifidus or the B’s are more for the colon and the L’s are more small intestine which is what we call our gut and a lot of illnesses begin here! You need to be very careful when you’re introducing different lactobacillus’s into your gut because if you have any type of infection or fungal /bacterial overgrowth than it may make it worse! This is a functional medicine. Doctor is best to help you with this issue or to heal a leaky gut! This one is a good one for the: as it helps you have daily movement!

Caused terrible stomach pain diarrhea. I only took it two times and I don't think I'm gonna take it again It must be too strong for me I have IBS and seasonal allergies and the only Probiotics that I found that works for me is S. boulardii No diarrhea no stomach pains, I always heard and read that Jarrow products were great Well I don't think so anymore Or maybe it's just this probiotic that doesn't agree with me Maybe it's too strong but I don't want to take it again i'm too scared to so I bought two boxes thinking oh this will be OK now I'm out of that money Just a warning I bought this because it doesn't state that it has chicory in it because I can't take chicory ...Lesson learned
