The eyeliner is great but only got 2 uses out of it. Do I need to sharpen it or is that it finish?

Is the mascara waterproof, like the eye liner? I don't see where it indicates either way, and I don't want waterproof mascara.

No it is not, Only the eyeliner is waterproof but this mascara is easily applied and lasts for hours. I absolutely love it! It is a great product.Hope this helps.............
