Easy to put together
Very easy to put together. We had a problem with the holes not matching up but contacted the company who sent another and did not want the original one back until we were satisfied with the new one. Customer service could not be faulted.The shoe bench looks lovely in the hallway. The bench is comfortable to sit on for taking your shoes off. You can make each individual compartment ths height you wish. Easily fits a size 12 shoe.

Shelves are not secure so collapse when you remove shoes
Arrived with No Instructions but seller kindly sent next day. We assembled product and it looked great but when we placed shoes on shelves the shelves collapsed or slid forward. The shelves just balance on pins. Nothing secures shelves in place.

Looks great in my kitchen.
Looks great, does the job, my only criticism is that the shelves are not attached and sometimes fall out when removing the shoes.
