LOVE this pillow. I took it with me to Europe and it was extremely comfortable. It was support, but also just soft enough. The added mask was a a very nice bonus and was very soft to my face. I did a lot of research on neck pillows, but finally decided on this one because it was a great price and had so many great reviews. I was definitely not disappointed. Additionally, I had some communication with the company and was very impressed with their customer service. That to me really puts a company on top when they care about their customers. It can so easily be overlooked, but they took great care of me. I highly recommend this product!

Firm even when warmed up. If cold it is a rock typical of foam. I simply prefer a softer rest with some give to it. I wear a 15 1/2 - 16 shirt size and it is a bit too small to fasten in front. The fabric feel is very nice, the rear attachment might come in handy.

Great neck pillow for traveling. Quality made and comfortable. Removable cover for easy cleaning. Snap tab. Only problem is that it is smaller than most neck pillows. Great for those with small necks, but not so great for others.
