Is this bat capable for playing leather ball ??

The Elevar Kashmir can be used for leather ball or hard tennis. There are two grip options for it - Rubber grip for use with gloves - PU grip for bare hand use.

Need for oiling the bat

Hi! We suggest you to first oil the bat using a very thin layer linseed oil first. Let it rest for around 12 hours. Then you can start knocking in the bat. We suggest using a mallet since it is the most controlled way of knocking. You can start with soft knocking the edges and the toes of the bat and then slowly proceeding towards the thicker middle areas. You can find a lot of knocking videos on YouTube to help guide you into the details. We suggest around 6-7 sessions of knocking with each session being around 2-3 hours. Generally knocking has to be done till the time the willow is compressed enough that you don't see a ball's seam mark on it when you hit it Regards, Bhavin
