Band of GREATEST resistance!
If you want the TIGHTEST of buns, you have to train with @Atemisports resistance bands and THIS band in particular! I am a Personal Fitness Trainer who uses bands all the time but I can assure you all, I haven't come across any bands on the market that compare. You will not get results anywhere nearly as good with anything else! It is so incredibly well made and very hard wearing. The user feels how good it is immediately and the PT will know they have a serious piece of kit in their armoury!! INCREDIBLE STUFF! #godeepgohardorgohome

This band broke me mentally and physically
This resistance band is pure evil. I was looking for a heavy duty band as my current rubber ones (you know the ones where you get five different colours and the lightest one is a waste of time) were not cutting it. I read lots of the reviews and thought that this one would be a good upgrade but little did I know that this "upgrade" would be detrimental to my glutes. I've been training for just over a year with weights to try and build some muscle as I've always been what you would call "skinny fat" and would use the resistance bands during weighted squats and hip thrusts and thought that I was progressing quite well. I was really excited to try this Atemi band with my 8kg weighted vest during lockdown at home. All I can say is OMG! It killed my legs/glutes, the bands resistance was that good that I could barely muster the strength to keep tension on it during the squat and in the end I gave up after three squats and even then it was crap form! My left glute is considerably sore after that ordeal and so is my pride as I thought I was getting quite strong but this band told me otherwise. So if you're looking for a strong resistance band with excellent stitching that doesn't roll up and cut into the flabby bits on your thighs then this is the one I'd recommend. For reference I'm a size 8-10 and this band is just right in size so you don't have to worry about it being too big. The band also came with a exercise booklet too which I haven't managed to have a look at yet but thought that this was a nice touch. I hope my review is helpful to those looking for a strong resistance band.Just to note that I have marked one star on the beginners section as I personally feel that this band is for seasoned fitness folk.

Best glute band I've ever got!
I love this band! It's absolutely fantastic for great glute workouts, very good thick durable material. Excellent tension and resistance - I'm certainly not strong enough yet to power through it and I can really feel it in my butt and thighs after a workout! It's really goo value for money - a lot of fitness celebs sell their own brand of glute bands for 4-5 times the price, but I honestly think this does the job just as well! The only tiny thing I don't like is that the seam is a bit rough and if I'm just wearing shorts, this can scratch and irritate the skin a bit. But this is a minor thing - you can just adjust it so the seam is in the gap between your legs and not directly on the skin; and is totally fine if you're wearing workout leggings.Overall, I highly recommend it!

This is perfect for the Glute Doctor workout
I train in callesthenics, so I've been following resistance band training to combine with my bar and rings (just hanging from a doorway at home).Brett Contreras, "the glute doctor" has a 4 minute workout that will leave you with buns of steel and this band is perfect for that routine.Bring the band up to just above both your knees and push outward, then lie down and do 2 minutes non stop hip thrusts, pushing out against the band's resistance. Then, without stopping, rest your butt back down and push your knees out and release in continously for a further two minutes.I still cannot believe how intense this feels, given the considerable weight I am used to on hip thrusts (and now don't have access to). 3 minutes each is for more advanced athletes, which I'm slowly working my way up to.As an added bonus, you get a series of exercises along with this that are really good in their own right, so I incorporate them into my rings training.Just as an aside, it's not just flutes, but legs can still be worked pretty intensely at home with bands and holding large mulipacks of water to perform Bulgarian split squats off a chair, "arms up" squats (see James Grage's videos, arms up encourages good form), and a simple pull up bar across the bottom of a doorframe allows you to trap your heels to perform hamstring extensions. We have to get creative at home and this seemingly modest piece of kit contributes mightily to that end. Very pleased with this.

Better than 99% of the bands on here!
This resistance band is in its own league compared to others on here. I bought this for my girlfriend and I bought another set for me which had a range of strengths. This one is high quality fabric and mine is a rubbery set so its clear to see which one you should buy.My set looks like it would over stretch and become deformed however this one feels like it will take all the abuse you can throw at it. The resistance is progressive and perfect for my girlfriend. Tbh I tried crouch walking with it on and I had sore legs the next day.Really high quality product which I would recommend. Not non slip, not a good band.
Ok so had this for less than 10 days, the band has stretched out of shape already in that time so it's not giving much resistance at all now...It does slip or ride up your thighs as you exercise and doesn't have any type of grip on the material to stop it, so I'm not sure why they've made this claim that it's not slip, it is not.I have now ordered a competitors band that I hope is better than this....I may even return this as it is not as advertised by stretching out of shape and not being non slip.

Excellent band
Excellent band. Great materials and really sturdy to help you work these hard to reach muscles. After a couple of workouts I can see my thighs and glutes are toning up, which is remarkable!! S and M can be a little too tight, so beginners are advised to go for a larger size. The stitch in the middle of the band can feel a bit rough...but it you place the band in a way that the stitch is between your legs or leggings, that's problem solved.
