I ordered a beautiful charm for my Pandora bracelet from Bling Jewelry. It's a perfect sterling silver heart shaped lock with a dainty gold key dangling from it. The description Bling gave was spot on. They also displayed beautiful close up pictures and multiple views of the charm. When it arrived in the mail (which was much sooner than I anticipated!), the only difference that I saw from the description was that it was shinier!I love the charm and I also love the way Bling Jewelry conducts business. Aside from selling beautiful jewelry, they went above and beyond to make sure that my experience met their standards, which I feel were high. The charm hung upside down with the key. This charm wasn’t what I was expecting

This is a cute little charm that I got well over a year ago. I really loved wearing it. The only drawback is that the key broke rather easily. I had gone out to eat with friends while wearing it, and when I got home, I noticed it was gone. So please be careful. Otherwise, it is adorable.

This item looks so adorable in the picture. I was really excited about getting it, but I am really disappointed. The charm itself is really pretty, appears to be great quality BUT when you put it on your bracelet it automatically hangs upside down because of where the key is hanging from. No matter what you do, it hangs upside down. I wish the key was hung from the bottom of the heart or near the bottom. I haven't returned it yet but I will if I haven't missed my deadline for the return. I had absolutely no problem with the seller.The item was shipped and received promptly.

Got this for my girlfriend for her birthday. Looks great, just like the picture but the key fell off about a week after she got it. We were able to pinch it back together, so it's good now, but who knows if it'll do it again. Otherwise, it is nice, just thought I'd let people know.

This is a really nice charm; great design and of good quality. However, it keeps turning upside down on the bracelet; I think it's the weight of the chain and key. I have not decided if it is annoying enough for me to return it.

I bought this after my son passed away for myself. I am able to carry a piece of him with me forever. It's been 5 yrs & no problems.

Not what I was expecting. To be fair, the description says it's compatible with the Pandora bracelet. However, the picture doesn't show the large hole running through the side. I would not have bought the item if I had seen that.The picture is at least twice as big as the item itself. I believe that is misleading.

Was a valentines gift - cute charm, but the key does hang loose, so if you don't like hanging charms this might not be for you. Personally a sweet charm with a sweet sentiment.

Nothing like the picture, very cheap looking, "crystals" are stuck on with some sort of paste and already falling out (I got it 20 minutes ago). Don't waste your money!!
