I was an XL according to measurements and an XL fit me just right. That said, feels weird to measure at the waist since it sits at my hips for me. It holds the cup close against my body which makes it quite protective.

I use this for MMA and grappling. I've tried 3 or 4 other brands and this is the only one that stays in place for combat sports. Every other cup I tried wouldn't stay put at all. I put a pair of compression shorts on over this and it's pretty comfortable. My pants size is 32 and the medium fit great. Would easily fit someone with a 34 waist also, in my opinion.

As a 5' 10" average sized 55+ year old male doing martial arts, I want my man-tection. The Medium-sized strap is a little larger than best fit. The cup is a little small even though I have a "pretty-regular" sized package. Once situated, the cup stays in place pretty well, but I go through more adjusting than ought to be necessary in order to make sure everything is aligned in case of impact during my workouts. (see updates below - the pouch being a little too small may be the issue more than the cup).2024-09-21 update...What I have started doing to make putting-it-on work better, is to press the fabric on the inside of the supporter pouch into the inside of the cup first. Turns out that the fabric was stretching out straight across the opening of the cup and competing with "me" for space. This helps quite a bit now that I realize that the cup pouch is a little narrower than it should be to fit both the cup and the wearer.However, the pouch is probably longer than it should be, thus allowing the cup to ride too low. So, I have "bravely" used a safety pin to pinch the pouch fabric below the cup to keep it at the right height. This has worked fine for several months now. I occasionally check the safety pin to ensure it looks worthy for another workout. In the event that it should fail and spring open, I am sure anyone within earshot will learn of it quicly.

I was having an issue riding my bicycle where the constant up/down of the leg was impacting things and causing pain in the end. This cap solved my problem. I can ride for 2 hours or so without any problem. Strongly recommended.

The cup is made in the USA but the Jock is made in China. Really felt lied to when the product as a hole is advertised as made in the USA.

I really don't use it because I bought it wrongly. But I think the product is superb for other sports but not for biking. Anyway I am going to keep 'em for future use.

Fits well. Excellent product

Wore this with a morphe suit. It did cover the right areas except some pubic hair jutted out to the sides and made it have an odd shape. I would recommend a wax prior to wearing this. It also moved and would pull the hairs from side to side but that is my bad. Highly recommend as several people tapped on it pretty hard and I didn’t feel a thing.
