Product works great! Battery last depending on the setting you choose. I am really enjoying the product however there are a few things i want to highlight.Manual of the product lacks of very important information regarding the initial setup of the product as this is not just plug and play. This product works the same as any other GPS tracker that is available on the market in the background. First of all you need to configure this watch to use the correct apn server which has to be the same APN address of your SIM Provider by sending the following SMS to the watch:pw,123456,apn,provider,user,password,MCCM+MNC#Example: If user and password is null or blankpw,123456,apn,verizon.com,,,10145#Example if user and password are not blank:pw,123456,apn,verizon.com,user01,connectme,10145#You can find your provider APN information on google.If information has been provided correctly the watch will reply to you with the message "APN OK" Once this is done you will notice in the watch that there is a GPS Location Icon and the Wifi Signal just beside the Signal Bar and you should be able to change all the settings through the SETracker App.

Edited Review: my watch didn't come with instructions, but the seller was very responsive and sent some by email. We got the watch working and it seems to do everything it's supposed to. We did not insert the Sim card, however. I ended up returning the watch because it's a little childish for a 9 year old. I'm sure younger kids would love it as the band and watch graphics (i.e. the actual interface) are for a younger child.

Where do I start this watch is so not worth my money i got this for my daughter and it so much work just to set it up first to start a plan they take you tho so much I pay for two SIM cards so they I didn’t have to wait to refill her line when the time came just for them to make me pay for a play with my card note: it say the sum it self come with a free month that’s a lie u do have to put you card on file ..wat really make me mad is that the service kept going out an wen it goes out you can not contact your child then if that wasn’t bad enough it kept sayin my child was 2milds from my house wen she was home with her watch I have so much I could say about this but I’ll just say (disappointing)

Excellent after service, as they emailed me to check that it was working ok!BTW - this phone works really well on the Vodaphone network in New Zealand with a basic Micro Sim Pay & Go card.The phone is really easy for the kids to use, the GPS is super accurate in our neighbourhood (unless we are inside and then it gets a bit confused) the only downside is that the instruction booklet is a devil to read as the font is sooooo tiny. Maybe you could provide a link to an online copy ?As a result I have yet to figure out how to set the Geo Fencing, but I'll get there.Awesome, Thanks!

No where to ask questions. I just received it and gave it a try. It is impossible to connect WiFi and weather. Could the seller explain?

Does not work -activates the speed talk card and the watch does not pick it up. There is nothing that the watch really does when this is not active. Would not buy again.

Purchased this as a back to school gift. It is much loved and used all the time.

Received the product and returned it. It didn't work. We were very disappointed.
