Rancid
Jar was sealed on arrival, but it was rancid. No refunds. I threw it away. Uploaded a photo because I don’t think that is how it is supposed to look. It was congealed rather than creamy.

Hard garlic taste
The product was quite smaller in size then i thought, my fault on that. Its has a very hard garlic. and salty taste. Im not quite sure if its added to cream or use on its own, first time trying. I will experiment with it.

As close to fresh truffles as I it gets !!
I love fresh truffles and I indulge every time I can afford to . While I always seen truffle products like a subpar products in general, this brand is as close to the real thing as it can . I love it !!!

This is so truffly! It’s delicious! I use it on toasted bread for my egg sandwich. It makes a simple egg sandwich extra special.

Great product but pricey
I made an amazing scallops dish using this sauce last night. I patted the scallops dry with a paper towel, seasoned with salt and pepper and then seared at high temp in oil for 2.5 mins per side. Next I removed the scallops, arranged on a plate and made an amazing sauce using first 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, about 1/3rd stick of unsalted butter, maybe 1/2 cup dry white wine, porcini mushrooms and about 1/2 jar of this product. Reduced it on medium high heat about 5 minutes then served the mushroom/butter/wine/Tartufi sauce over the scallops. Just delicious! So I love the product but it's a really small jar and quite expensive. 4 star rated with 1 star removed due to current pricing and small product size.
