Excellent Quality Fenugreek Seeds!
I’m so glad I discovered the Jiva Organic Fenugreek Seeds! I first saw them on TikTok, where people were raving about their quality and health benefits, and I couldn’t resist trying them out. These seeds have exceeded my expectations in every way.The 2.5 LB bulk size is perfect for someone who uses fenugreek seeds regularly in cooking or as a supplement. I’ve been adding them to smoothies, curries, and even using them for making fenugreek tea, and the flavor is just fantastic—earthy and slightly bitter, just like it should be. The seeds are whole, and they’re easy to incorporate into all kinds of dishes. What really stands out about this product is the quality. The seeds are non-GMO, non-irradiated, and gluten-free, which is so important to me. I love knowing I’m getting a clean, organic product. The seeds also seem really fresh, and they’ve got a great aroma when you open the bag. It’s clear that Jiva takes care in sourcing and packaging their products.I’ve been using fenugreek seeds for their health benefits—they’re said to support digestive health, boost lactation for breastfeeding moms, and help with blood sugar levels. While I’m still waiting to see the long-term benefits, I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and overall well-being since incorporating these into my routine. For anyone looking for high-quality, organic fenugreek seeds, this is a great choice. I can see why it’s become so popular on TikTok, and I’m definitely going to keep using this brand. Highly recommend!

Excellent results with these as an herbal remedy
I bought these after reading about people using them to control blood sugar. I soak 1 Tbs overnight in a thermos of boiling hot water. In the morning I strain the seeds and drink the now lukewarm water on an empty stomach. My a1c went from 8.3 to 5.5 in 60 days. YMMV, not a recommendation, but it sure worked for me!

Great Value
The seeds are a little tougher than the batch i picked up at the market in the bulk herbs section, so pre-soaking is highly recommended. I forgot about a glass I had them in soaking in the fridge, and about 75% of the seeds sprouted (which is good news for someone that wants to add fenugreek to their garden or flavorful sprouts to their salads or sandwiches). Whenever I have any issues breathing (colds, allergies, etc.) I take a couple grams of fenugreek seeds and get a lot of relief, especially before bed. I'd recommend rinsing a couple times before they soak because there is an earthiness I haven't encountered in other batches... and if you try to chew them dry you may chip a tooth

Tea and soaked seeds for breakfast
Soak the seeds in a couple cups of water. Soak them overnight and I use the liquid as a tea and then I eat the seeds like I would eat steel cut oats(If I ate them) I heat them with butter and then add 2 tablespoons of ground organic Ceylon cinnamon with Allulose. It tastes great and it helps keep my blood glucose in check according to my CGM.

A lot of fenugreek for the money!
The media could not be loaded. I received the item on time and it was well packaged. I haven’t used it so I’m not sure if the product works. It’s a lot inside the bag, which makes it a great buy for the price. I intend to be using it for my hair products. So, Once I use the product, I will make a follow up review.
