I have just started taking this and after a few days I could feel the difference in the pain and swelling in my fingers. Some people on the review are staying how big the tablet is and that its a choking hazard. that's absolutely ridiculous. One big gulp of water and its gone so don't be misled by those stupid comments. Enjoy the benefits

This product was rediculous.You’d have to be an elephant to swallow them even when broken in half. I offered them to friends who also take gluco sulphate but they didn’t want them because of the size.I just had to throw them away.
