No, but they are shear so they are still pretty on the inside.

Yes, two scrunchy, stretchy straps that go around your shoulders and sit basically in armpits. Not uncomfortable for an adult

Q: Would I be able to adjust straps to fit a 6 year old?

These are pretty much adult sized wings at 3ft x 3ft in size. They are held on by 2 elastic one size fits all straps with nothing that enables them to be adjusted. I would recommend getting one of the more child size sets of wings.
