Very Effective MUST BUY !!
The best working lower back pain relief I’ve used to far. I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and it’s been a game changer . Lasts a very long time and love that it’s not sticky at all .. more like a wet lotion like feel. Very effective! Very reasonable priced ! Will definitely be buying again.

It's an okay warming pain relief cream
It does have a warming sensation and gives temporary pain relief. It is non-greasy and absorbes quickly. It's not too much of a strong smell for me; I like the smell. But my cat was put off by the scent and I can see where it might be a strong smell for people who are sensitive to scents or not used to this type of scent. It reminds me of Icy Hot. If the 2 oz jar was a couple dollars cheaper, I would say it's worth the price.

Quick pain relief
This is an awesome substitute to pain medication. I have suffered for years with lower back pain and have had little relief from prescribed medication. Sombra gives me relief quickly and last for a long time. I have recommended Sombra to a friend who also suffers with back pain and she too has found relief. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers with pain.

Not Long Lasting As I Had Hoped
Only works temporarily. Feels great but it does away fast. Initial limited cooling but wears off quickly. Easy to apply like lotion and the small container is easy to throw in my bag to take anywhere. For the price, I guess it's ok but it's nothing special. I used it on my neck and shoulder and it felt great. It's nice that it doesn't smell and dries quickly.
