A nice, single-ear Bluetooth headset with a good adjustable boom mic. It comes with a cradle that is a charger, but the headset can also be charged directly via micro USB. The headset is light weight and straightforward to operate.Two things I don't like about it are the earpiece and headband. The earpiece is mounted directly to the headband with no ability to pivot or self-adjust position. This causes the earpiece to sit a bit odd on the ear. My second dislike is the headband adjustment. Even when the band is collapsed as far in as it adjusts, the side opposite the earpiece sits just above my ear. It would be nice if the headband adjusted to smaller sizes.Probably the best feature about this headset over others is the boom mic. Most other headset have a rigid boom mic that only adjusts up/down. Not only does this one adjust up/down, but because the boom is flexible, it easily adjusts to allow the best placement of the microphone.Although the manual says you can use this to play music, I don't know why you'd want to do that with only one earpiece, but it has the ability if you want/need that feature. All of the music control features worked except "Last song" (the minus button). When I long press the minus button, the song restarts. You have to quickly do another long press of the minus button to get it to go to the previous song.Sound quality for calls is good, but for music it's average/below average.Pros:- good charging cradle- nice boom mic- lightweightCons:- earpiece isn't on a pivot mount- headband has limited adjustment for smaller heads

I've been using Langsdom Trucker Wireless Headset with Microphone for over six months now. I work from home, next to the front window of my apartment overlooking a courtyard and driveway near a busy city intersection . I bought this set thinking of how noisy the cab of a semi is, so I figured it should work for urban noise. OMG, does it ever. During WebEx and Zoom calls, participants cannot hear the sirens passing 50 yards away, nor the riding mowers DIRECTLY UNDER MY WINDOW, nor the delivery trucks. The ice maker dumping out ice, dish washing, cats vomiting, all the exciting happenings of daily life in a one bedroom apartment are masked from my coworkers - which is just how I like it! I have interruption-free calls while still having an ear open for what is going on in the apartment (because cat vomit waits for no one).The microphone quality is very good. Each day I use it I adjust the distance/angle to minimize distortion.Even after six months, the charge on the headset lasts the entire day. I haven't had it quit out on me yet!

My husband lost or destroyed all the earpieces I bought for him. They didn't fit comfortably in his ear, some fell out and got lost or broken. Because he's a barber, we had to get him a headphone that was handsfree. After trying different types of earpieces, I bought this one as a gift for his birthday and so far, he likes it. It fits comfortably over his head and the side without earpiece has cushion to protect his head. He is able to answer/end calls with just a touch and the sound comes through loud and clear without feedback or distortion. He likes that the speaker extends to his mouth when he speaks and he can push it upward away from his face when he wants to. This one is harder for him to lose.

I'm conflicted about my review. When you buy a headset, it should be comfortable, great sound quality and a great microphone and if you are lucky, great bluetooth range when you leave your desk. This meets all of those criteria, BUT. It comes with a cradle that you would THINK is for charging, but NO. It is simply a holder. I reached out the manufacturer, and they informed me that plugging the cable in and then setting your headset in the cradle is NOT for charging. If you want to charge, plug the cable in to the headset directly. Simple, but annoying. Then, the charging lights don't work. Blue for on/connected, Red for charging, etc. Mine is always black. The battery lasts FOREVER, but you can't tell when it is fully charged since the lights don't work so I leave it charging overnight when it finally dies. I love the headset and wear it for 10 hour days when working from home. Great quality and adjustability, but just a few odd things that don't make it a 5 star review. If it did the extra things that the ad leads you to believe, it would top the charts!!

I knew I would be working from home full time (even before the pandemic hit) and did ALOT of research looking into wireless headsets to use daily on conference calls. I had conceded to the fact that I would have to pay over $200 for a decent headset, but I was still unsure which I would go with. Since I needed a headset immediately, I took a chance on this one, thinking I would invest in a more expensive one at a later date. Guess what? No need to buy any other headset! I have used this one daily for over a year. Sound is great and battery life lasts even if I am on calls for most of my workday. My only wish is that I could mute myself from the headset, but that is a limited option on all the headsets I researched. So glad I went with this one, and even if it gives out tomorrow, I would definitely buy another.

Nice headset, but would be nice if the ear peice was slightly angled. Due to it being straight it doesn't sit flat on the ear. Also if using it with certain voip phone software you can not hear sound from some other programs at the same time. Mostly mp4 video. Sound quality is great on genesys phone software and ms teams. Noise canceling seems ok. Mic doesn't have to be very close to your face. For the money I would recommend.
