This is very easy to drink, very low in “smoke flavor” but still flavorful. Good mix of leaves and stems. It is also aged just right. Sender put tape all around outside to prevent tears.

I am Newbie to the world of yerba mate after a recent trip to Argentina.I've tried a few brands but I didn't grow up drinking this beverage so an Argentinian may disagree with me but this yerba mate is fragrant and mild and I like it.

Tasted great, will buy again. Can't complain.

Looking for a way to improve my own hydration, just happened to strike upon yerba mate. I like bitter flavours so in my research I started with one of Liebig's competitors (Rosa-something), which is is very powerful in caffeine content and also quite bitter. Then I decided to try Liebig, which is on the other end of the spectrum. This one is more expensive, but more drinkable for a new consumer. It's maybe 80% less bitter, has a lot less powder and is also a bit lower in caffeine. Turns out mate helps to encourage drinking more water, tastes like hay with a bitter aftertaste, which fades fast and as you reuse the leaves the flavor mellows, you can keep reusing the leaves almost all day. Try flavoring it with lemonade or apple juice! If you like drinking coffee all day, this stuff may be for you! it's like drinking a double espresso every hour or two, but without the jitters; also much easier on your stomach. AND it's also very good as an appetite suppressant! Cheers!

I've been drinking MATE for over 8 years. At this moment This is my favorite brand. There's a nice light honey sweetness on the finish I never get form any other brand and I've tried at least 30 different mates.This is my new GO TO MATE. I still like to try other ones to see if I'm missing out on anything but this is NUMERO UNO!

This is a lighter mate with an almost floral sent and taste. I really like it, tastes much better then Cruz de Malta, however, it isn't as strong either. I drink it on days when I am not as tired.

Since I was 5 years old I am drinking mate every morning and had a chance to try every brand of Yerba Mate on the market. I was tempted to try this yerba, paid extra for it and discovered that the taste is by far the worst of all brands. The manufacturer should be ashamed of selling it as a premium grade. After two days and two sessions I threw it in the garbage where it belongs.
