Great customer service
I purchased the MHL TO HDMI adapter a couple weeks ago for my phone. unfortunately my phone doesn't support MHL. Complete bummer. But it wasn't a complete and total failure, the company has great customer service behind them. She was so patient with me and extremely helpful. They took care of everything even though it was my fault.

Didn't even get to use the product as soon as I connected it my phone would display that the cable was wet and would disconnect it product was dry and no issues using other products
