Hands down by far the best PCOS related supplements i have bought. Im in my early 20s, I get irregular periods (5 a year if lucky) and have been struggling with conceiving. My last period was end of July and since I have not had a period. I am constantly tracking ovulation but my body has not had a positive ovulation or has had many faint positives but never a peak ovulation. I have spent hundreds of money on different tablets and prenatal vitamins to help regulate my periods but all have failed. I had my eyes on these for a while but just like others I was also sceptical at first but after reading many reviews and doing my research on these I finally purchased this on Tuesday (the price went up by then from 19.99 to 21.99) It arrived very quickly and early morning on Thursday and thats when i took my first dose of tablets. It is now 4 days later and I have finally started my periods. I have made no other changes to my diet or lifestyle apart from these tablets and i am very happy with this purchase so far. I am not pregnant yet but this gives me hope and I will start tracking to see if i ovulate. Will update in 2 months if anything changes. *UPDATE1* My last period was on the 26 November 4 days after I started taking these. Its now 5th January and I haven’t got a second period and im not pregnant yet either. I may increase my dose from 1000mg to 2000mg and see if it does anything *Update 2* Finished a whole bottle and still noperiod- will not be using this again as it didn’t work for me however it did help with some of the symptoms. I noticed a decrease in excess facial hair

*OMG I HAVE JUST STARTED MY PERIOD* UPDATE 10/12/20 - I have been taking these for 4-5 weeks now I started them just after a chemical pregnancy and 2 weeks of none stop bleeding ( before that I have not had a full period it’s always been super light/spotting every 3-4 months for about 8 years!) I’m now starting my period after 5 weeks... never thought starting my period could make me so excited. Arrived super quick delivery, only been taking a week and already noticed a difference in my skin, seems to be clearer. Easy to swallow, decent sized capsules. Hopeful they will help to regulate my cycle which is currently non existent. Update- really helping to curb my cravings.. also not started my period yet however I started these just after a really heavy bleed due to a chemical pregnancy. Been roughly 3 weeks on these now, energy levels are good, really hopeful these will make a change to my cycle.

UPDATE Tuesday 8th December 2020 Iv gone through quite a few bottle of this now. Haha I was starting to lose faith in the stuff because after having two periods at a normal length I then went two months without a period so was thinking that maybe them two periods was a fluke somehow. But after having sore boobs for a couple of days and my vagina being dry and getting sore ( thought I was getting another UTI) my period showed to my suprise again. Haha so that's a new personal best for me. But I reckon it would have come sooner if I would have continued taking two in the morning and two at night but was starting to forget because wasn't seeing the progress I saw at the start. Moral of the story is don't give up. And trust the process. I'm now hopping I will have more than 3 periods next year. If not have a baby in my belly. One of the two. Since being on the pills iv been getting more utis. But I don't know if it's to do with the pills or having more sex cause I actually want it now. Hope everyone has a happy new year. Xx Sunday the 27th September 2020 Iv been using OPKS this month to see if I ovulate.. and I think I am. It's day 17 of my cycle and iv got my first high on an OPK. Previously iv had nothing. And I estimated that last month because I was going by symptoms I'm thinking that I ovulated on CD21 but because I have been taking Double doge I was hoping it would make me ovulate sooner so must be working for me very well. I feel so blessed and has giving me hope for the future again. X Friday 11th September 2020 Woke up to a period. And all my symptoms make sense now!! But today I'm gonna start taking 4 tablets a day. Cause I'm pretty sure we BD on the right day. Maybe next month will be my month. Xx I'm on CD 31 and still no period. Iv been getting crazy pms which I don't normally but that must mean it's doing something to my body. Iv been on it for about 8 weeks now. The dosage on the bottle doe say 2g... But I'm reading around that it's benifical if you take 4g if you have PCOS. So from tomoz I will start taking 4 tablets a day. My first period was light so I'm hoping by taking more it will make my period heavier and I will have a better clear out if you know what I mean. INTRO I just got the tablets today after reading a lot of positive reviews. I thought I had nothing to lose and would give them a go. Currently on no meds bar them now. Haha. Just took two as soon as they arrived. They had a cardboard smell to me but it didn't bother me. Taking them was easy. No problems there. ABOUT ME I am 26 years old. I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 16. I had irregular periods up untill about two years ago. I haven't had one since. I suffer with depression. I sometimes feel like I'm bipolar and at one point had to track my mood to see if that was an option but I came to the conclusion that it's okay. I get the odd headaches here and there. Been trying to lose weight but it's so slow. Like 1lb a month. Ughh. The body hair is a pain in the but! But I handle it the best I can. To mean the hair is on the top of being the worse symptoms. My sleep is so erratic. I get so tired durring the day. Then super wide awake at night. Me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby for a year and a half. We haven't been tracking just having sex regular and hoping for the best. I was taking preggo tests here and there but they all came back negitive. Haven't took one in a while. I tend to wait for a symptom to show. So very lazy at this. Haha. But would love to be a mummy some day. MY HOPES I hope that I can get my periods back on track. Cause once you get your period the ovulation tend to come hand in hand right? Hoping for some weightloss. Hoping I will have more happy days than sad days. Basically the end goal is to be a mummy. And feel like a normal women. I am setting the goal to be preggo by December 2020 Next update will be two weeks later witch is the 2nd of August. Iv been getting alot of ovian pain. Which I haven't had in a long time! Still NO period but hopful. Iv been feeling more horny and more happier. X UPDATE 2 weeks. I don't think I have ever took anything for this amount of time as I have always given up. But I have. It's been two week. Week 2 has just been my normal week. But because I had some pain in my first week. I now think I am preggos. Haha. This week the only thing that I have notised is that my depression has been really bad in the morning. Will have to keep an eye on that I guess. And cause I am paranoid that I could be preggos I shall be taking a test but I'm sure it will be negitive. So week 2 haven't been that great at all. X Week 3 had been normal week for me. Took and test and it's negitive so no surprise there. Still no period either. Still been taking it every day and haven't missed a day. One of the reviews said after not having a period for a couple of years she got it on the forth week so hoping it will be same for me. Wish me luck for this week. X Woke up this morning on 3 weeks and 3 days I had some spotting and currently my oviarys are aching. Will have to let you know if I get anymore blood today. My last period lasted 3 days so if this is it. I am hoping for a week long one. I am currently on a very light period. I can't believe my eyes when I looks. All thanks to the tablets. Wow I'm impressed. Week 4 and my period has lasted longer than 3 days... I am on day 5 of period. Will let you know how long it is but I think it's gonna be a long one cause I haven't had one in a while. Then will update next month. Period lasted 8 days but it was really light... Mad me a bit suspicious. Very happy with this product... I brought another one and will be my second month. Hopfully I will have a period or get preggo. Will give an update soon. X

Have been taking these for 3 weeks now and strangely i haven’t ovulated but prior to taking these i use to ovulate. However it has helped me tremendously with severe pain internally around my hips. Does give me dizzy like feeling and can’t really say it has helped towards cravings for sugar. My main goal is fo get pregnant so will update if I do.

I have been taking 2 tablets a day since June 2020. I have PCOS. TTC since 2015. Was put on contraceptive pill for 13 years. Irregular cycle- 172 days longest cycle. Severe PMS symptoms, verging on depression with anxiety, moodiness and highly sensitive to stress hormones. Extreme cravings and not always feeling full. BMI 32 After the first few weeks my period came after 21 days. Since then my period has come every "month" between 20-30 days. I have also noticed a few other possitive changes since taking inositol. The biggest reason taking inositol was finding an alternative to antidepressants which my Gp offered to help with feeling low. I refused and sought something more natural. This has helped me so much. Before, I would feel anxious over the smallest of things, I find this helps me deal with it better, these smallest of things are not constantly on my mind anymore. Although I am PMSing right now and feeling somewhat low it really is nothing like how it was making me feel a few months ago. It was happening so often I felt like I was under a constant dark cloud. It has helped my cravings and general feeling of fullness most times. Right now I can devour a whole chocolate cake but like I said I am due on my cycle. I even felt my hair thicken on my head and my hairdresser mentioned it too (I don't have any hair thinning problems) However I haven't ovulated since being on these. Now I don't know whether it's because there is some confusion on the dosage and perhaps I'm not taking enough to actually ovulate? I have been taking 2 tablets and I read on another review you need to be taking 4 tablets? This needs to be clarified tbh. I have pcos after my surprise miracle baby after trying for nearly a decade I to my amazement fell pregnant in fact I was nearly 8weeks and did not have a clue until I thought one day actually this cycle been quite long this time and I was absolutely gobsmacked to realise I was pregnant! My miracle baby fast forward to now and he is now 7 and half months old I was still waiting for my 1st postpartum period to start getting concern that I was still waiting for 1st cycle after baby I did some research and came across these tablets read the reviews all good so thought why not try them. I felt like I needed more energy, help with sleeping, and felt like my body needed help with rebalancing my hormones again. These arrived on 29th April and sure enough my period started 4th may so they must work. On the plus side my period pains are hardly anything to what they was before my surprise pregnancy. They have made me feel so much better already. I will continue to take them and you never know just maybe they will help in the future with a 2nd miracle baby. Pcos is a struggle it can be draining at times nice to have a product that can help us women who struggle on with it. I wanted to share and give hope and baby dust to all of you trying for your baby. Keep going one thing I did do different before I found out and that was eat a healthy diet have lemon and hot water daily to replace my coffee in the mornings lost a few lbs weight but just ate healthy didn't starve myself. Had lots more water then I normally would. I believe these tablets will help regulate my cycles for now on and boost my energy levels I definitely recommend.

I bought these after reading the reviews and i have been taking the tablets for 2 weeks, so far they have really helped balance out my hormones, after suffering an ectopic pregnancy earlier this year, my hormones were all over the place and they have helped with severe cramps/sore breasts & cleared my skin. I also suffer from PCOS so hoping these kick start my periods again, so far i have not had any periods but its still early days as its only been 2 weeks. In regards to people mentioning they were getting headaches taking the tablets, i also suffered these & quickly realised these were caused by taking inositol & metformin together, so i stopped taking metformin in the morning & only take Inositol and this has stopped the headaches. So i hope this review helps you all ladies, as so far i am having benefits of taking these. **UPDATE** 9/9/20 - they did not regulate my periods but helped with my regulating my hormones as mentioned previously, i think the dose of 1000 is too less for me and considering increasing this to 2000 a day which means taking 4 tablets a day & see if that helps regulate my periods. Will keep you updated.

Salve! Lo sto prendendo da un po’ più di 1 e mezzo. Quest’anno dopo quasi 30 anni di cisti ovariche e cicli che venivano o 2 volte all’anno o ogni 15 giorni, sta diventando regolare, sta sistemando tutta la questione ormonale, metabolica (ho perso 15 kg senza neanche immaginarlo) e le cisti non crescono più, anzi. Habe diese Kapseln schon mal bestellt. Danach zu einem anderen Anbieter gewechselt. Nun bin ich wieder zurück zu diesen. Die scheinen bei mir besser zu wirken. Die Wirkung ist schwer zu beschreiben, da es so individuell ist
