It’s not like a straw as others have said, there’s a thing inside it that moves when you suck on it and it provides resistance, like a cigarette. When you quit smoking, you’re working on quitting two parts of the addiction, the drug and the ritual. This provides some relief for the habitual part of your addiction. Placebo is a poweful thing. Close your eyes, take a drag off this and picture smoke entering your lungs, hold it there and blow out, picture the smoke blowing out of your mouth. You just did a breathing exercise that calms you down like a cigarette would. This is a helpful tool especially if you can’t wean off the nicotine, lets say, if you’re a pregnant woman and you need to stop NOW. or if you’re using nicotine replacement therapy and you want something to hold and satisfy the oral fixation. This thing is great. I got the plain old oxygen one because I’m not too sure about the safety regarding inhalation of flavorings. So mine is unflavored, just a thing to hold and suck on and bite. And it’s great. I hope I don’t lose it. It is kind of pricy but I would buy this again. I will say, there’s quite a bit of airflow resistance which is good in my opinion. This would work better for a mouth to lung smoker like myself rather than a direct to lung smoker. All in all, great safe drug free cessation product. I’m glad it exists. Helped me out immensely.

This is absolutely terrible and waste of money, I should have just got a straw cause that’s what it feels like. Don’t waste your money look into other stuff definitely not this, if I could return it I would.

If you're aware of what you're actually ordering I think you'll be happy with this. The bad reviews tend to be from people who didn't realize that this is literally just a tube with a chewy tip (that I love!) and a ball in it to partially restrict airflow and give you the feel of a drag . No oils, no flavor, no vapor, no nothing . Another thing that throws people is that it says shake to activate . There's nothing in there to activate but I'm pretty sure the reason it says that is because the little ball gets stuck sometimes and if you shake it loosens it so that it works properly. It also says to replace it after 4 weeks which at first didn't make any sense but I looked into it and they make that recommendation because it can grow a little bit of bacteria after a while. I have been a heavy nicotine user for 25 years now but I am in process of quitting with the help of this device and Chantix.

Well. When i opened the package i was surprised this product fell out and it looked like a real cigarette. The tip was rubbery and there is a ball in this product. When you take a draw off this, you really feel some resistance. All you are putting into your lungs is oxygen, nothing else. Im a menthol smoker and i wished there had been some kind of coolness about this product. Price? OVERPRICED for this product. This product will last around 4 weeks they say, will I purchase another one? NO WAY!!! No thank you

Got the one with no soft tip and it’s brilliant the soft tip seems to be all they have which is soooo not worth it and often they ship the wrong flavor

It's as close to a 'cigalike' vape as it gets. It has a cotton core filter that is faintly spearmint scented for the Oxygen flavor. It doesn't offer the 'drag' of cigs or vapes, but could be improved by slightly increasing the length and diameter of the core to fit inside more tightly, similar to Achieve products. Overall, it a great fidget toy for smokers, just needs a few tweaks.

I tried it but it didn't work for me. Its like a rubber material that I honestly didn't like. Theres no taste or smell. You can breathe through it.

I hate to admit. I've been a smoker for 40 years. I have tried so many time to quit and failed. I thought I would give this a try and it truly works! Replaced it with the urge to grab a cigarette. I've gone from 2 packs a day to one pack a day in 24 hours after using this. Baby steps that I am sure will end the addiction once and for all.
