If you are following a keto diet and need to add electrolytes to water for exercise this is the way to do it and the flavors taste great. The package could be a little easier to open, the tear line gets stuck in the middle of the package, but it's worth it. I use them almost every day.

I have been using another brand of electrolytes for a long time, but have not been a fan of the taste. It is very hard to find electrolyte powders that do not contain sugar or other unwanted ingredients. I was apprehensive about trying these, thinking it may be a waste of money. I was wrong. I purchsed the multipack of mango, fruit punch and lemon. All I can say is WOW! I cannot wait to try the other flavors. They are all delicious and do not have an after taste. They aren't overly salty, where your mouth is left dry. I put mine in 16 ounces of cold water with my flavorless collagen peptides and drink it down quickly, because it's so good. I use a frother to mix both items when I have about 4 ounces in my cup. It mixes perfectly. Then I add the rest of the water. There is slight settling that I just stir with my straw, and it could be from the collagen not the electrolytes. Either way there is no graininess. I absolutely love these and am so happy I tried them. I also love that they come in individual packages so they are easy to transport to work or on vacation. I am going to make some jello with them next!

I have to drink electrolytes every day, and this is the best powder ever have found. It has zero carbs and calories, and very nice flavors. It’s easy to mix in a shaker bottle, and the individual packets go with me everywhere. I can use them in a restaurant in a glass of ice water and mix with a straw, and no one is the wiser. I highly recommend this product.
