No, case just fits the silicone covers. It only takes a minute to put them on and take them off each use. It’s not really a hassle. I’ve had these for several months now and couldn’t use the AirPods much before without the covers.

Do they stay in your ears while running?

Yes. These things are great for people who have issues with AirPods not staying in their ears.

Are they larger then the Apple ones

They are just silicone ear tips that fit on the apple AirPods, they are for older model gen 1-2 AirPods not AirPod pro.
