Secure
This became my favorite baby carrier. Especially during the hot summer. Makes it easier to enter the pool and get my baby into a float. It's very secure! Being breathable is so important in this heat.

Good value
Love this! I just opened this yesterday and used it so my baby could nap at a family party. I have a wrap that I also love but it gets hot. I also bought a structured carrier in mesh but it's very bulky. I needed something quick I could pop my little one into around the house or for short periods of time without getting hot. Pros: *Looks really nice for mesh (I got the dark gray) *My 10.5 lb baby was super comfortable right away and stayed asleep in it *We were only hot where our skin was touching, which is unavoidable anyway. Neither of us became a sweaty mess *It worked well as a pump cover (I exclusively pump, so I can't say if it would work for nursing) *Small and lightweight so it's easy to stash in the diaper bag *The metal rings feel sturdy and secure *The pouch it folds into fit my cell phone easily and it never fell out. I wouldn't put keys in it though. Cons: *It is a little slippery, so I had to tie a knot right under the rings. This was easy enough to do and undo so I didn't really consider it a hassle. It's really only a con if you feel like you need to adjust often. I only had to readjust once. *There was a bit of a learning curve, like I had to adjust so my baby's arm wasn't under the rings. I did not use this in water, so I can't say whether or not it dries quickly. I am short, but not very thin. I had plenty of fabric left over. All in all, I would recommend this, especially since it comes in so many colors!

Still learning to use it, but has been useful for our infant to wear around
My newborn infant at 1+ month of age needed to be upright for 20-30 minutes after each feed to minimize spit ups which was too long to sit in one place and too tiring to carry my baby around for that long. After trying the Moby, Infantino Sash Mei Tai, and Ergo Baby carrier, I wanted to try a ring sling which requires more practice to use compared to the other carriers, but it was more lightweight and carries my infant closer to me which causes less shoulder/back strain. I do notice that the rings on the carrier tend to be pulled towards the middle with the "tail" when I am tightening the sling sometimes causing it to be right next to my baby's face. I don't know how to prevent that except that if I try to put the rings on/near my shoulder first and place my baby farther opposite to the rings when I put him in, the rings are a farther distance from him after I tighten the tail. I was also able to nurse my infant from 1 side, but note that you do have to loosen the sling and readjust baby/tighten the tail once you're done nursing to pull the baby back up. I couldn't adjust the Infantino and Ergo Baby easily to nurse though perhaps when my baby has better head control I will be able to. I prefer this over the Moby as the Moby is just too long of a fabric to manage every time which makes it time consuming and it is definitely warmer when wearing. I haven't tried this in water, but will update if I do.

Works ok while sitting, I would not walk around with anything in it.
I bought this for one of my foster cats who likes to sit in my lap while I'm on the computer. This keeps him off my keyboard, and he's very comfy to sleep there. I would not trust it to hold him while I'm walking around, it really doesn't make much of a pouch; it needs to be shaped differently, higher on the sides, and it slips out of the keeper, needs more of a buckle. But while sitting, it works well.

Great Water Ringsling
This is PERFECT for summer time! Very breathable and dries like a swimsuit. Perfect for going in the ocean or waterpark or pool with your babes! You can pack the sling into the pocket that is sewn on the bottom of the sling for easy storage. One thing people mentioned was the fabric slipping, if you are new to ring slings or have not experienced using a fabric ring sling this may be a learning curve for you. The fabric will only slip if you have not created the proper “seat” for your child. It would be VERY helpful for you to watch a ring sling tutorial on youtube (especially the wildbird ring sling tutorial). It is more slick than a regular fabric sling, but it will only “slip” if not properly worn. Ring slings are the most convenient baby wearing style but it does take a little practice. This is a great budget ring sling that is perfect for hotter weather or to be worn in water. 10/10 would recommend!

This is such a good product, highly recommend
This is so helpful at the beach & pool. We were able to successfully breastfeed and throw the tail over her head in this too, to nurse discretely while walking. She’s so comfortable she fell asleep in the water in the sling. It folds up so small and provides great support for my 21lb 1 year old. We’ve washed on delicate in a garment bag and hang to dry. The white color doesn’t stain well and works well in the sun. Material gives a little stretch for comfort but not too much that it won’t stay. You may need to adjust as you get wet/dry— gather the material towards the ring then pull towards the baby, parallel to the ground or you’ll move the baby when you adjust. Ring slings in general take a bit of a learning curve, so if you’ve never used one, practice at home in front of a mirror first but for $20 this is a steal! I have a much more expensive name brand sling and because of the material of this, it’s the one I pack in my bag for the heat . The ratings on this should be much higher than they are.

Better than Moby
I tried the infantino Mai tei carrier and the Moby wrap with my first baby. Moby was more comfortable but both hurt my lower back where it was tied. This time around I want to try a sling. I didn’t like the one from my registry so I thought maybe one that was less structured and adjustable with a ring would be better. For only $21 this was a steal. It’s easy to put on and super simple to adjust. I’m able to breastfeed in it, it’s breathable, it’s small and fits in the diaper bag. I absolutely love it. My girl falls asleep so easy in it. I wish I would have tried it with my first baby.

It works
. While it does technically "work" to hold my baby, I have run into a few issues that make it hard to recommend wholeheartedly. First, the fabric is quite itchy, which isn't ideal when it’s resting against both my skin and the baby’s. Additionally, the design requires me to tie a knot around the rings to keep the fabric from slipping; the sling doesn't hold tension on its own, which makes it feel less secure than I’d like. Finally, the color accuracy was disappointing. The listing photos made the item look like a nice teal color, but what I received is a bright, neon-style lime green. It functions, but I wouldn't say it’s a high-quality or comfortable carrier.

Great overall
If you are like me and get crazy hot postpartum, you’ll enjoy this sling. Every other sling I came across was very thick, which was my worst nightmare and also super expensive. This one was thinner and packed small enough to always have with me in the pram for when pram was no longer an option. Nicest thing about the sling was that it can be put on after the baby fell asleep on the boob, so you can make it home from the walk with at least 1 hand free to push the pram. Beware, slings in general takes some getting used to — check out YouTube videos for common mistakes.
