This is best multivitamin I have used in decades. Gives you a Pep with out a crash. Read the label sooo much good stuff!

Feel great

This vitamin is easy to swallow as it is a capsule and there is no aftertaste. It doesn't smell great but contains a lot of Bs and not a ridiculously high amount of iron. I bought it for someone who is having some health issues and as yet her energy level has yes to increase but I doubt there is a miracle in any product out there. Would probably buy again.
