Skechers Women's Cleo - Honeycomb Ballet Flats

My office location recently changed from Long Island City to Midtown Manhattan, NYC. I was commuting by car back in Long Island City, so I wore black fancy sneakers that didn’t draw much attention (the sneaker part could be hidden by my work pants) and changed into my stilettos for business meetings. When I first realized that my new commute would entail 2 buses (with 1 being a busy tuna-can like NYC MTA bus), I realized that I needed a comfortable middle ground, and less bags to carry; shoes that look professional and don’t require my stilettos. I found Cleo Skechers online and absolutely fell in love with the lace look! I can affirm that they are comfy, practical, are the perfect fit, and the memory foam makes a busy stressful work day so much more relaxing, feeling like you’re walking on air. I chose black and they are absolutely perfect for the office! I will say that, like any new shoes, these shoes do take about a week to break in, so I suggest making sure you have bandaids for blisters; however, once broken in there is not a single bad thing I can say about these shoes. I absolutely love them! Professional without any discomfort and they eliminate the quick commute and office shoe swap. The fact that they can be machine washed is another bonus. These are truly a must-have, whether you’re in the office or planning on a nice day out with a lot of walking!

It took me 3 tries to get the best fit. Amazon recommended 7.5 wide and it was way too long. My general shoe size 7.5 wide, but this just fell right off my heel. I then tried 7 wide- also way too big. Finally, I ordered 6.5 wide and it’s perfect, and now my go to shoe. It’s great for running to the grocery, going to church, dining out casual. I also got it in the dark taupe, which is a classy color. Both great because it dresses down easy with jeans or shorts, and looks nice enough for dressy slacks or even summer dresses. Cool and light, the best summer shoe ever. Be patient, it may take a few tries to get your size right. So hard to find a wide shoe that is comfortable with really high instep.

These shoes are attractive then will fit well into a professional setting. However they do fit small. Typically wear a size 8 to 8.5 shoe. I ordered an 8.5 and they are very snug, If I were to order again I would order a 9. I will be buying orthopedic inserts.

These shoes are comfortable and classy. I did “break them in” for a day or two. Now they are comfortable enough to wear all day. The material is not super stretchy and runs true to size. I wear a 10w-11 and the 11 was just a touch snug on the tip of my foot.

I want to love these shoes. The design is beautiful, and the inside would be so comfy - if they could just manage to standardize the sizing. I originality ordered two pairs in size 8. The gray pair was slightly loose, but wearable. The black pair, however, was way too big. So I returned the black ones and reordered them in size 7.5. These are excruciatingly tight. What in the world... There should not be such an enormous difference between shoes that are labeled half a size apart. It's such a shame because they're so nice otherwise.

Comfortable to wear all day and true to size.

Cannot beat the comfort of this shoe. Even though they’re flats, and very comfortable, I think they look great. This is my second pair in the gray color because I have worn my first pair so much.

I wanted to like these, and they look very cute. I like the honeycomb pattern. I normally wear size 7 in ballet flats. I was looking for more room in the toe box because my big toes are really sensitive to pressure and trauma over time (toenail issues). Though these shoes are pointed, the fabric upper and other reviews seemed promising. I tried this shoe in both 7 and 7 wide. The overall fit was good, so I wouldn't want to try a size up. The shoes put a lot of pressure on my big toes, so they will not work for me. Even if the fabric would stretch a bit with breaking the shoes in, I don't think it would be enough, and my toenails would get angry in that process. If you don't need as much room in the toe box, these would probably be comfortable for you.
