2 X Replacement L R shoulder Bumper Trigger Button switch Micro Switch for Nintend DSL,DSI,DSI XL,DSI LL

I used these in the Gameboy micro, as they use very similar switches to the DSI. Worked like a charm. They are noticeably clickier than the original switches, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

These suckers are tiny! I was amazed by the fact that they are dwarfed by even a penny and the fact that it's all face soldered to the board. Be careful when replacing the part on a ds because it's incredibly easy to rip out the connections and can permanently damage the board if you do it wrong. They do feel a bit different than the stock nintendo replacement buttons but I like these a bit better since the click is more robust. This could be an issue of where I placed the replacement part though as if I set it lower on the board it may have made the click more like the original. Overall a great part and has made my ds usable again. 10/10 will buy again for other repairs

If you dont have the hands of a faerie and focus of a tree, you will absolutely screw up your board and rip pads off like i did. I eventually got it working but at what cost?

My ds has nice working buttons now!
