This case is amazing and keep your 0hone safe. I have dropped my phone a few time and still now as of 10th April 2021 its doing it job, the drop protection as tested by me by accidentally, has been great and no phone damage done. So far it's only been waste height and used foot to catch phone helped keep my phone safe i don't drop my phone deliberately at all, just glad this case works as described. I'm constantly dropping my phones and even managed to break the screen on my old Note 8 so I needed a rugged case to protect my Note 10 properly while still being able to see it's fantastic Aura Glow back. This Poetic case does the job perfectly without adding unnecessary bulk to the handset.I've already dropped he new handset a few times but this fantastic case has fully protected it and I would highly recommend everyone to purchase on for their respective handset models.

Failiry simple case, easy to use, the flap on the usb is stiff and unshure how long it will last. But happy with it.

Am happy with case I got what I wanted , very study and has saved my phone form couple of small smells, but j would have liked it to be a full case cover for the phone aswell.

It’s alright stops it from getting scratched up but wouldn’t trust my life On it.

The internal frame that sits around the screen and provides a snug fit within the plastic outer case was broken on arrival, not really worth sending back, disappointed

Bought this for when I wanted a bit more security than a slim case. It's a well designed case that fits tight and looks nice. Adds substantial grip. I'm not prone to dropping my phone but as luck would have it, I somehow threw it while pulling a door open. It flew 3 or four feet, smacked the ceramic tile floor and came to a rest screen side down. I had just bought the poetic case so had it installed. Phone was completely unscathed. No scratches, dings or cracks. The case, however, developed a crack in the plastic frame at it's weakest point around the volume rocker. It was obviously not an intentional throw, there was not a whole lot of force behind it but it was more forceful than a random drop. I'm impressed with the protection provided to the phone, a little bummed the case cracked but I cannot fault the case. It did its job of absorbing the impact and dissipated the shock through the rubber and plastic frame.The only thing that bothered me about the case is the back is super susceptible to prints.Otherwise, it's nice and clear, with near invisible stippling to prevent air voids. It's a great case for protecting your phone and looks cool. It does add bulk but that's unavoidable. The color accents is nice, I bought the black, it had a steely grey frame and accent.The dust cover on the charging port is nice but it's kind of a pain and creates some pressure against your charging cable. Not sure if over the long run if it would damage the port or not.

Long-time customer of Poetic cases and I find the updated Guardian cases to be fantastic. Improved materials and design from the Guardian case that I had on my Note8. I think the lack of a built-in screen protector was a good change; I didn't really like the one on the Note8 and actually removed it myself after a while. Looks great while providing good protection (I've dropped it a few times already).Only complaint is the lack of gaskets around the perimeter of the camera opening and around the screen. Dust still gets in and may cause micro scratches but I do take the case off once a month to clean. Other than that, I love it!
