Really like the flavor
No stomach upset and the quality is great. After being off my regime for far longer than I care to admit and being REALLY depleted of B12, I felt a difference quickly once I began taking them again. Depending on your vitamin requirements you can take daily or every other day so the value is great. Very easy to take daily (what I require at the moment) and meets the requirements set by my physician as far as B12 content per serving dose. The flavor is also not bad. Although I prefer a sublingual liquid, this dissolvable tab is a close second.

I needed this product after my surgery. It works great, tastes good and it doesn't take long to melt. I have been using this product for five months now, it has help with my energy levels. I will continue to buy this product, it does what it's supposed to do.

Great product .. timely delivery. Good taste . I have the gastric-sleeve 6 years ago and have started back taking these supplements they are great . For me these are better than regular b-12
