Is this safe for sealed porcelain tile

I mainly bought it to use on my marmoleum floor, which requires a ph neutral cleaner. I do use it on the tile floor of the powder room off of the kitchen because it seems ridiculous not to, and I have not seen any adverse effects. You could check the Zep website; perhaps they have a more definitive answer.

Do you wash this off with water after applying?

I use this on my kitchen and bathroom floors and don't wash it off. It can be used sparingly and does the job really well.
