Great customer service!!
I purchased two pumps and one leaked, I reached out to customer service and they jumped all over the problem. I can't say enough as within three days a new pump was at my doorstep. I'm in a field where these pumps are used regularly and knowing the stand-up service from Newtry they will get my business going foward!!!

Nothing works right with this manual pump. Tried bleeding it for longer than i care to admit This unit is unable to maintain pressure. The piston leaks and with any pressures beyond 500 psi the lever rises on its own when you let it go. Connected to a ram, moving the pump lever up and down also causes the ram to move up and down. Completely unusable. Sadly i purchased this a couple years ago and just using it now so good bye returns. Don't waste your time or money on this product
