Good quality sturdy & well made piece of equipment. Went together easily & looks great. Kids love it, aged 2, 5 & 9. Great for all ages.

This package as delivered is not a finished product, which is a shame, it totally lets this procduct down. The manufacturing process is of poor quality and needs to be improved. The amount of work that was needed to make this product safe to use was far to much for the average person. I would not recommend this product to anyone except a craftsman.

Today (5/6/21) we received our order of the Wickey play park. We started to unpack and build as soon as it was delivered. We soon realised after following instructions that the roof for playhouse is in one sheet which we are expected to cut ourselves, surely this should be precut to ensure we have enough fabric? Also. The roof for the playhouse is very flimsy and we have found it, extremely difficult to assemble. Very unhappy with the way this item has been sold. For the price paid (just under £600) we expect better! We now have 3 very disappointed children, as we are at a stand still with fitting their play park, which may I add, they have excitedly and patiently waited for, for weeks and now left disappointed!! Really not happy with this product!!

This play/climbing frame is very sturdy and my grandsons love it. It is weathering very well. They make dens underneath and love the slide especially. This went beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend it!

This was bought for my 2 and 3 year old girls. They love it. They'll be using it for years to come. My 3 year old calls it her 'treehouse' and has put fairy lights on it. The 2 year old needs help to climb the steps but give it another 6 months and she'll be able to do it unassisted. I built this myself with the help of my brother and we managed it in an afternoon. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this to friends and family. Very pleased with it

The quality of the wood is appalling. Many of the pieces are split and all edges are jagged, guaranteeing any child Using this will get splinters and cuts. This would never pass a health and safety check.

Could massively do with pre drilling the holes. Would have saved hours of time.

Absolutely first class product and excellent after sales service. I had a few issues with damaged parts but these were replaced without fuss and within a week. This company sell quality product with great customer service.
