This was my third time buying this item. The first two times were more expensive by a little and didn't come with the extra nose trimmer attachment. I use these for nose hairs and also eyebrows. The little comb piece really does a good job there for me. The batteries last a long time. The first two had to be replaced because they are pretty easy to break if you drop them. In both previous cases they broke apart and I lost one of the blades. I think I did fix the first one but dropped it again and lost the blade. They are very useful for me. I'd definitely recommend to anyone that needs something like this to buy one. Just be careful when using them.

I want to buy three of these in case they break down because they work so well. So far it hasn’t broke down. Works really really good on menopause chin hairs. It also works around the eyebrows and even in the nose hair, definite versatility.

Nice looking sleek product but that is where the positives stop. The hair cutter didn't catch or cut the hairs easily. You had to try and attach the unsightly hair mutiple times. It quit working after six months.

This is actually a nice little hair trimmer and actually works great. The problem is that the trimmer head I use most will not stay in place without putting a piece of tape on it as it keep popping off while using. Would return it but it does work fine with the tape. Wahl has always had great quality so hope this is not an indication that it won't last long.

I love this brand. They don't last forever, I have to replace them every year or so but they are solid for the price.

I love this product. The price is great. It doesn't nick your skin and gets rids of the smallest hairs. I use this to remove the small hairs around the rim of my nose, without using the node trimmer attachment, and it does a fantastic job. If you travel with it be careful, because it's not the sturdiest product in the world and I broke one of them (after two years of use), but I'll take it over the other trimmers that cost three times as much and don't trimmer nearly as close. It is very precise and comfortable to use.

I picked up this Wahl Micro Groomsman Battery Personal Trimmer hoping to find a quick, reliable grooming tool for managing necklines, eyebrows, and basic facial detailing. Wahl is historically a giant in commercial hair clippers, so I expected a decent amount of mechanical cutting force from this compact pen design. Unfortunately, after putting it through its paces, I am completely unimpressed with the performance. The internal motor architecture is simply far too weak to handle everyday grooming tasks efficiently. Where this trimmer completely falls short: Frustratingly Weak, Underpowered Motor: The absolute biggest flaw with this unit is the severe lack of cutting torque. The motor operates at a very low velocity; the moment the blade guard makes contact with standard, slightly coarser hair on a neckline or eyebrow, the blades instantly bog down, stammer, and stall out completely. Painful Hair Pulling and Tugging: Because the motor lacks the speed to execute crisp, rapid shears, it frequently ends up catching, chewing, and actively tugging on facial hair rather than slicing it cleanly. This causes a lot of stinging discomfort and skin irritation during use, which is unacceptable for a tool meant for sensitive detailing areas. Aggressive Battery Drain Cycle: Running on a single AAA battery, the power efficiency is incredibly poor. Even with a brand-new, premium lithium cell installed, the motor's cutting speed drops off a cliff after just two or three quick uses, forcing you to constantly swap out half-spent batteries just to keep the blades moving at a usable speed. What worked okay: On a positive note, the physical aluminum chassis construction feels lightweight and slim in the hand, and the interchangeable head assemblies twist onto the collar easily. The rinseable design is convenient for sanitation, but a premium anodized body cannot compensate for a completely compromised mechanical motor drive. The final takeaway: When it comes to precision personal grooming, cutting corners on motor velocity is a recipe for a painful experience. The Wahl Micro Groomsman simply doesn't pack the cutting power or structural torque required to compete with modern rechargeable micro-detalers. I ended up tossing this straight into a backup storage drawer and returning to my primary corded trimmers instead.

Bought to mainly use as nose hair trimmer. Used once, not very effective and snagged onto hair. After which the nose hair trimmer extension stopped working at all. No idea what the problem is and delivery cost for returns are too expensive. TL;DR: Skip, waste of money.
