Zen Mountain River Backflow Incense Burner Handmade Ceramic Waterfall Smoke Incense Holders

Works beautifully and watching the smoke is mesmerising. There is only one downside for me and that is the quality of the incense, which smells of nothing but burned wood. I've struggled to find a backflow cone with any pleasant fragrance at all! House just smells like a bonfire. Adding a few drops of essential oil helps but not much.

Cannot say about the product as it's a Christmas present and have not seen it working

Took me forever to figure out where the smell was coming from. And no, it's not the incense cones. The whole thing has a distinct smell of old ashtray (I'm not trying to exaggerate, but to describe the smell). When lit, the tiny platform for the cone on the back means that the wall heats up too, and they smell so bad! In addition, there is some weird oily substance running from it when in use, see pic. I tried sticking an incense stick in it, as there is a hole, seemingly for this. But no matter what I do, the hole's angle makes the stick, well, stick out. Over the catch tray. So you'll need a catch tray under the catch tray.Once I discovered that THIS was made my house stink, I tried washing it. Handsoap, Dishwashing soap, antibacterial spray, and even vegetable oil (sometimes works on smells). Nothing worked, and my fingers smelled horrible for half a day after, no matter how much or what I washed with. I've had to quarantine it outdoors now. I will try to find something heat resistant to paint it with and lock in the smell, and bolster that platform with something that won't catch fire, and then perhaps I can use it.TL;DRYou get what you pay for. 🤷‍♀️

I like that you can burn cones or intense sticks

Badly designed and terrible scent. Got a full refund but they requested that I give a good review. Impossible to do that cause I do not want to lie. Price does not justify item.

It does not look like the picture. The colour is brown and looks terrible.The oil runs down and onto the surface on which you plane this.Not good value at all. Had to go in the bin

This is my third burner and the way it's make allows to get the smoke down almost perfectly if there's no draft in the house. Cute scene as well to be honest. I like it

Very disappointed in this. The cones aren't secure and fall off the back which if I hadn't noticed could have caused a fire. It already damaged furniture. Also the incense stick hole isn't secure and doesn't sit over the front so the ash doesn't drop securely. Again it's a risk to damaging furniture. I have had to go and buy a different cone burner. What disappointed me most was this was a valentines day gift and my partner was so excited by it but we dare not use it.
