Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 240 Cross-Training Shoe

Very nice light weight running shoe. If you get them in your size expect to wear a very thin pair of socks or go barefoot. Since they are for runners, I presume that is how they should fit. Comfortable, yes! I find them very good for working out and especially for doing squats. They give you a nice foot hold. I have severe nerve damage in my feet, so finding comfort is almost impossible. I feel every little groove and bump in the shoes. But so far some of the most comfortable I've found.

The fit is some what small but that's the design of the shoe. After giving them a try I got use to them and like how light they feel, however I have already noticed some separation of the sole at the top of the shoe and don't think they will hold up to frequent cross training

Size was correct, but manufactured too large. No arch support a all.

La scarpa è sorprendentemente leggera, nel complesso mi trovo molto bene pur essesndo abituato a scarpe più ammortizzate.Il numero scelto è leggermente largo perchè erroneamente non mi sono fidato delle indicazioni di taglie sul sito della Inov-8; lì si trovano le taglie in base alla lunghezza del piede in cm. Basatevi sulla lunghezza del piede anche se la taglia risulta 1 o 2 misure meno del solito.

I swear by inov8, this is my third pair and I am very impressed. Lots of shock absorption without compromising freedom of movement.
