ApplicationsThe anchor is made from Carbon Steel, and is Zinc Plated. This anchor is designed for use in Concrete only, and should never be used in block or brick base material. EnvironmentThe anchor is designed for use in a Dry environment.Hole Diameter/Bit DiameterThe anchor requires a 5/8" hole to be drilled in the base material (Concrete only). The hole should be drilled with carbide tipped bit that meets ANSI standards and used in a hammer drill.Diameter of Anchor The diameter of the anchor is 5/8".Length Anchor The length of the anchor is 4-1/2"Thread LengthThe length of the threads on the anchor is 2-3/4" in length.Minimum EmbedmentThe minimum anchor embedment into the concrete is 2-3/4". Therefore, the anchor must be installed so that a minimum of 2-3/4" of the anchor is embedded into the concrete.Maximum Fixture ThicknessThe maximum fixture thickness or the maximum thickness of the material being fastened for a anchor is 1-1/8". This will ensure that the minimum embedment of 2-3/4" will be met.Fixture Hole DiameterThe hole in the fixture or material being fastened must be larger than the designated diameter of the anchor. The 5/8" diameter anchor requires the hole in the fixture to be 7/8".Torque ValueTo be set properly in the concrete, the anchor must be torqued to between 75 - 90 ft./lbs.Spacing between AnchorsEach anchor must be spaced a minimum distance of 6-1/4" from each other when measured center to center.Edge DistanceIt is very important not to install the anchor any closer than 3-1/8" from an unsupported edge of the concrete. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong, reliable anchors — perfect for garage lifts
Used these CONFAST 7/8" x 6" wedge anchors to replace the floor anchors on my car lift, and they worked perfectly. Installation was straightforward, they hold tight, and the zinc plating gives good corrosion resistance. Solid build and exactly what you need to keep heavy equipment secure. If you’re mounting a lift, shelving, or anything heavy to concrete, these anchors get the job done safely and reliably.

Worked great in a 2-post lift
Used 12 of these in a 2-post lift install. These things are awesome and very robust. Installed all 12 without a problem. Torqued all to 150ft lbs. after 1 week, I retorqued them all and all but 1 retorqued to 150ft lbs with less than 1/2 turn. One pulled almost all the way out. So, I hammered it back through and installed a new one and it torqued with less travel than the failed one. Faulty anchor? Faulty concrete? All good now.

They are okay.
They did the job and were a great price compared to others. I had some that bit hard and torqued down nicely. Others that took a while to bite and get a decent torque. Used to set up my 2 post hoist. End of the day they held down the hoist when lifting a 9000lb truck.
