Great flavor has to be heated . no cold pour.
Great all around stir fry .I use with rice noodles & veggies - chicken. Can be a bit salty if the dish doesn't absorb it a little. I've used a bit , seems least acidic or not overly sweet sause .

It's a great sauce to cook with udon noodles. Can't find this size of a bottle in my area, only the smaller sizes.

Way too sweet & wrong flavor for Yakisoba sauce
Sauce is really to sweet and has no worchestshire sauce flavor to it. Not the same flavor I am used to and the taste is not authentic by any means. Maybe it was made extra sweet for the American market. I guess I will need to add my own worchestershire sauce and try to get the taste right. But overall I am disappointed with this product since it's not cheap by any means and the taste is not real yakisoba.
