5cm and it fits fine. I will order the XL for my son ...
This overshoe cover was exactly what we needed now that rainy season is here in Florida. Tired of getting in and out of cars and running through puddles soaking our shoes, sandles, sneakers, socks, etc. WARNING the size chart is off. I wear a 7 1/2 and I purchased the small -26.5cm size and it barely fits. Had to return those but thankfully I purchased a medium-size 28.5cm and it fits fine. I will order the XL for my son who wears a 9 and a XXL for my husband who wears a size 11. These shoe covers are very light weight, the bottom of the cover is made up of a cheap plastic rubber, but remember you're paying around $8 a pair. The sole is enough to give you some traction and protection while walking. It's a cover that can easily be rinsed off, dried off and reusable for a few times. The price can't be beat for dry feet, socks and shoes. Also, it zips in the back and has an elastic snap in case you want to tuck your pants in.

Measurements are smaller than charted
If it had measured 30.5 instead of 30, it would have fit perfect! It's too small!!! I'm not going to force my foot into it to make it stretch because it will rip the seam. Looks pretty durable, though, i give it that. The only problem with ordering the next size up, it might be too big. Need a 32 and they don't come in 32. In addition, this is only going to be okay for a very slim foot. My foot is not wide and the black part hangs off the side scraping the ground and that only means it will rip. I returned it rather than pay $7.66 for a one time wear.....

Not for motorcycle use
My review is based ONLY on usage for motorcycle riding. I do not know how they'll function or how long they'll last in any other circumstances.I tried to use these for motorcycle riding. I have a vt700c Honda Shadow. I live in Portland Oregon and commute about 30 miles daily. It rains and pours here. These boot covers worked well in town with less than 45mph roads. In highway, water is guaranteed to enter in eventually or slide up to your ankles. Not good for long distance rides, you'll get wet. Not good for daily/frequent use--mine ripped and got burnt by the exhaust easily after 2 week's use.

Lightly built. Okay for short walking but not likely to last very long.
These shoe covers are designed to keep your shoes dry, but they are very lightly constructed. They probably can serve for some time in a role of protecting shoes for short walking like picking up the mail. Alas I hoped to use these to protect my walking shoes. After covering less than a mile, the plastic sheet intended to keep water out from the sole had torn in both shoe covers. It is an inexpensive way to keep your shoes and feet dry for a while, but don't expect these covers to go any distance.

works well, get the right size!
I've only used these a couple times so far but they have worked just as I expected. They're not super strong so don't expect to go running in them, but they should hold up to city walking in the rain for a while. Like others have said, CHECK THE SIZE. The advertised sizes are NOT shoe sizes converted from American numbers into cm, they are literally the length of your shoe.

Nice Inexpensive Gear for Outdoors
I use these out at the stable when visiting my horse during inclement weather. They have rubber, nonskid outer soles which work well, and have thus far proven themselves to be waterproof. If I were to change one thing, it would be the height above the top of your shoe/ankle. I would prefer that to be a little higher, but otherwise it does what it's expected it to do.

Excellent product, size chart too small (read review), but it gets here almost 2 weeks before the earliest date they give.
These look very well made (I got the transparent one), stylish and with decent traction the sole. But beware!!!!Order larger size. If you are 28.5 cm, order next size up or maybe 2 if the shoes are bulky! The chart is misleading. It's not as if your sole measures 28.5 and you should get that one. That is literally the length of the sole--not the equivalent length for a shoe of 28.5Mine are going back and I hope they exchange. But note, it arrives much sooner. They said for me June 2-17, and it arrived on May 19th.They should adjust the estimated delivery. They're coming from China, but it does not take that long

Ugly but they work
First thing is that these are not a pair of Wellies you wear every day around the farm. They are light duty, light weight shoe protectors you keep handy for unanticipated events or travel. I wouldn't anticipate that they would last very long in regular use. I wear size 10.5 shoes and needed to order the largest size they sell (34.5 cm) and it's still a tight fit. So, order accordingly.
