I was a little disappointed, I choose the size 7 to what ever and I wear a 6-1/2-7 shoe. I know this is suppose to be tight, but I have no clue how anyone with a larger foot would be able to get these on. They are so tight it wakes me up after about 2 hours of sleep, and I even put my finger through the back trying to get the one on. I don't think they are a bad thing, they just run real small and I mean real small.

PREFACEI suffered from a bad case of plantar fasciitis about 10 years. Sport Med docs, podiatrists, orthotics, extended time away from athletics and hiking - it was not getting better on its own. Ultimately, a combination of a night boot and almost daily taping of my foot allowed it to heal (and about 6 months). Occasionally it bothers me, but I'm able to avoid enduring pain by using the boot or stretching before bed.I purchased the sleeves to see if they could replace the boot or the taping. I would say No, overall- but they do help a bit. While I don't think they would prevented my issues, I think they might help someone with a lesser condition. I will use them for hiking.I wear a Mens 9.5 standard width shoe, but I would guess width of C/D if you go back to the old school foot measuring. I purchased the Medium and it is an effort to get on, but once on, it was pretty comfortable. Tight, but comfortable. The material is thin enough that I think I could wear them under socks in any of my shoes. If you can wear two pairs of socks in your shoes, you can wear these.

The Large size doesn't give me enough arch support, and the Medium size was so tight it was painfully cutting off circulation from my ankle down.I gave it a neutral 3-stars since YMMV and they are probably great if one of the sizes works for you. They are a very well-built quality item, I think they just need more sizes.

I purchased a pair of foot compression sleeves about a week ago with the hopes of relieving the pain of plantar fasciitis. This is my second bout of this potentially chronic condition and as many sufferers know it can be very painful and very discouraging to cure. I have tried many do it yourself remedies as well as therapeutic massage, physiotherapist, and acupuncture. The most effective strategies have been calf and Achilles stretching and the taping that my physiotherapist applied. I have continued the stretches but don't feel as capable of doing the taping on my own. These compression sleeves mimic the taping very well. In fact, after 3 days of constant daytime wearing, I commented that I hadn't had any pain all day! A first.They fit true to size and although some users have used them at night as well, I unfortunately found them uncomfortable. Wear them everyday and wish I had purchased a second pair in order to alternate use.

I don't have plantar fasciitis, what this is advertised for I have chronic ankle swelling from a fracture dislocation with 3 surgeries, two of which were to repair the deltoid ligament. I would give this product 5 stars because it does a great job at controlling my swelling. The reason for 4 stars is that the fabric ran the first time I pulled the sleeve on. It has about 3 runs that haven't really progressed too much and doesn't negatively effect the compression. I'd say they are also pretty true to size, based on the measurement chart. I like the closed heel, too. I've tried a similar sleeve with an open heel that did not control my swelling. The top part of the opening on the other sleeve cut into my achilles tendon when my ankle swelled. I will stick with this product and order replacements as long as I continue to have problems with swelling.

Quality of product seems good... but sizing is too small for me all the way around, especially at the top. I ordered a pair of mediums for a size 8.5/9 ladies and it was too small for my foot! I had no problem putting it on, but as soon as I did I had immediate discomfort in my arch and heel. I was really looking forward to trying these out and getting relief! Returning these immediately. :(

I have foot pain in the outer part of both feet and bought these compression sleeves hoping that the added support/compression would help ease the pain. I wear a size 7-7 1/2 women's shoe and the medium fit perfect for me. They were easy to put on by scrunching them up like a nylon and making sure my toes were all the way through as per the email I received from the seller. They felt tight, but not uncomfortable and after wearing them for a few hours my pain was significantly less. I would recommend them if you have foot pain.

These are too tight for me. I do have pretty narrow feet and the lower band dug into my arch. Unable to wear. I do give kudos to the compay Run Forever Sports, they emailed me shortly after I received them and asked how they were. I told them they weren't working out and without asking for a refund they did it anyway. Good customer service on their part!
