These are great crackers actually made with "real" ingredients that you would recognize. Not a bunch of chemical things made in a lab that you're not so sure you even want to consume. They are healthy AND tasty. Our local health food store carried them and they sold well, I was told. But the store can no longer get them from their distributor. So I order through Amazon.

I have bought these for years. Due to ingredients. Others commonly contain corn. So these meet the criteria and at the same time are tasty. Ive always gulped a little when grabbing them off the shelf and seeing the price unless on sale. Thats when I stock up. But it is what it is. Ive weened myself a bit but do like them.

Great alternative for those Not wishing to have their blood sugar spike!! Great with hummus or goat cheese (soft or hard) as well as plain! Hubby likes crackers with soups & stews. This works great for him!

I can't say enough good about Sesmark's Ancient Grains. I have tried other similar named crackers and they don't come close to comparing with the delicious taste of Sesmark. My only complaint is they are hard to find in the grocery stores; so it's so nice to be able to get them through Amazon.

I wrote an earlier review about the crackers, to talk about how much I like them. Even back then I had to work to find the specific ingredients in them. I finally found the ingredients listed in response to a question asked by someone in the review section. Now I can’t find the ingredients listed anywhere- other than a partial list of the ingredients meant to advertise how good for me the crackers are but doesn’t include all of the ingredients, especially what kind of oil is added and how the oil is processed. That makes me pretty suspicious of the seller- what’s up? Why are you hiding the ingredients from the consumer? I like to know what’s in my food before eating it- I know I have to pay attention to advertising that isn’t always honest. Since my first review I’ve learned if the oil isn’t listed as cold pressed expeller pressed then it’s generally extracted using high heat and/or chemicals because it’s cheaper- which makes the oil unhealthy. Oil that could be nutritious becomes bad for us. It’s not easy to try to outwit food companies if you’re trying to look after your and your family’s health. Aside from health concerns I’m assuming most of us get tired of being manipulated- gently or shamelessly by advertising. Particularly when buying expensive products.

For food sensitivities to gluten this is a great cracker with wholesome grains. It does not taste artificial in any way. In fact it is delicious. Of all the other crackers I have tried this one is by far the best. T.B

Won't buy again as they use unhealthy oil
