The extra cents for this name brand, means you do get a quality jar & a superior product.
Great seal, resealable for stashing in the frig. Single servings used for single person on a budget. Real cheese, creamy smooth, can be diluted to use as a baked dish sauce, as a substitute for sour cream on a baked potato. A potato's complex carbs are good for long term sugar levels. I stock up when these are on sale, they are shelf stable till opened. A good source of calcium, in a product your body can efficently absorb and use quickly. With the cheese added, milk adverse persons have little problem. You can also add more dry parm. to your jar, shake and use even the last little bit from the jar. Waste not, want not. If you run one of these empty jars through your dish washer, pull this out before the heat dry cycle. I have had jars filled with extra rice, beans, flour, sugar, salt... on my pantry shelves last for years.

Good to have around
It's good to have these around. We pair this with shells and those Smithfield ham steaks, which we grill and dice into the pasta. Takes very little effort and it's got good flavor and consistency.
