Secrets of Spirit Communication: Techniques for Tuning In & Making Contact

I admit that multiple circumstances and in my personal and professional life which I prefer to be discreet about reminded me to be more aware and alert to my spiritual life. Additionally within the past week, I unexpectedly spotted a bright red cardinal at least twice on two different occasions which usually only happens to me occasionally with the most recent cardinal sighting happening yesterday. For whatever reason, this indirectly influenced me to remember to view this kindlebook that is Secrets of Spirit Communication: Techniques For Tuning In And Making Spirit Contact by Trish MacGregor and Rob MacGregor even though I have had this kindlebook since December 30, 2019. Some of the multiple healing points in this kindlebook: how spirit can communicate via sound, what the authors mean by empathic encounters, practice 12 connecting to ancestors, animal signs & symbols, cluster communication and the story of two married people whose connection transcended death, how altered states help you connect with spirit, entering meditation, out of body experience, between dimensions, near death experiences, spirit contact in sleeptime dreams with one of the authors mentioning the story of their cousin, and more.

It's not a very cutting edge tool, but I bought 2. One for each of us.

If you are interested in spirits and how to communicate with them or in just reading about them, you will love this book. I had a notebook and pen taking notes the whole time I was reading it. I definitely want to try of things suggested to get in touch with spirits. When I was younger, it was easier and reading this book helped so much. There are stories of other people seeing and talking to spirits which were very interesting. I found this book well written and researched.. This is a comforting and helpful book. Most of us were not raised to look for, ask for, or recognize spirit communication. In fact, we may have been told that we were foolish to even consider it might be going on. This book goes a long way toward correcting that mistaken belief. It makes things seem possible.Immersing yourself in this book promotes a mindset that makes contact more likely. It helps you make connections you might not have seen otherwise. You can get better and better at perceiving spirit communication. For example, the authors teach us that if you request contact, it may not come for a couple of weeks, and if you don't keep that in mind, it's very easy to miss that you did, in fact, get a reply to your request.I particularly liked the chapter on how to incubate dreams in which you can make spirit contact. And the chapter on Shamanism clarified some things which have long been unclear to me.One idea that I found particularly thought-provoking is that not only do people in spirit influence us, but we influence them.The book is chock-full of fascinating anecdotes of spirit contact. These anecdotes prime the pump to make it more likely you will have similar experiences.

The MacGregors have created a well thought out book on the basics of spirit communication. They have included numerous practices in which you learn to be more aware and in synchrony, with the universal rhythm. Meditation, dream incubation, channeled writing, and summoning through intense desire are just a few of the methods they share. Their capter on amimal wisdom is very insightful. Nice and friendly approach to communication with the dead. Assumes you can do it! Really enjoyed the book. Recommended for those who aren't leery about dabbling in this sort of thing.
