General Mills Gold Medal Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, 50 Pound

i branched out from my great river bread flour to try this one, it is twice as much for the same price. although the great river bread flour is a little more gluten-y... this one is just as good. i used it to make my roll out dog treats and to bake some pizza crust so far and am pleased with the results. :)

I made bagels with this and partial coconut flour. Dough felt really good. Didn’t rise as much as I thought it should. But the final product came out great!

I have been buying this excellent product. On the last purchase, they did not send 'Whole Wheat". It may be a wrong shipment or a mistake.

I use it for making British style whole wheat bread and dog bones. Great flavor and the dogs like the bones.
